I always had a weak stomach as a child. I threw up quite often, and the smallest gross thing would cause my most recent meal to come right back up.
It's Kindergarten and I'm six years old. My elementary school made every student wait in a designated area until the bell rang for us to enter our classroom.
One day, I was sitting next to a girl named Felicity. I'd always liked her. She was a nice girl. We were in Girl Scouts together, too.
But as many Kindergarteners do, Felicity had a habit of picking her nose.
And that one morning, as we sat in wait for the bell to ring and I sat next to her, she began to pick her nose.
I could feel my stomach begin to churn, but there was nowhere for me to go to escape it.
And when she put a booger on her leg, I couldn't handle it anymore.
My Eggo French toast sticks from breakfast that morning came right back up.
My mom had to come pick me up from the nurse's office, and I couldn't bring myself to throw Felicity under the bus for causing me to puke. I just said that I think the French toast sticks made me feel sick.
My mom never bought me French toast sticks again, and I will never forgive Felicity for that.
Well, this story actually wasn't that funny and was pretty gross in all honesty. I don't know why I shared it.
Anyways, enjoy!
Xoxo,
Sydney
