when we arrived to Josh's house, his mother was there to greet us.
"hello, you must be Tyler," she held a hand out for me to shake, which I gently took hold of "I'm Laura." she smiled.
"it's lovely to meet you, Laura." I smiled back to her, trying to be polite.
"and who are these little ones?" she questioned, referring to the children.
"oh, these are my siblings. my mum had to take my dad to a hospital appointment so I had to pick them up but she should-"
"it's okay dear, it's really no trouble." she stopped my rambling and smiled to everyone before announcing she will be starting to cook the dinner.
I gave up on finishing this chapter how I wanted to but I guess this is okay.
