I was still tense for a few seconds and then I finally melted into the kiss.
As the kiss deepened I wrapped my arms around Clayton's neck and he put his hands on my waist. He held me tight in his grasp, maybe a little too tight. I pulled away for air. We were both panting and smiling like idiots, and blushing like idiots too.
"I am not sorry for that (Y/N)" Clayton says laughing.
"I'm glad you aren't" I reply.
By now we were both laughing at nothing. Literally nothing. I looked at the ceiling and I started laughing, like it's just a ceiling.
"What's up?" He asked me looking at me like I was insane.
"The ceiling!" I shouted and started laughing again. I couldn't stop laughing and to be honest, this was the best day of my life.
