"Veronica we need you now!" Tanya yelled through the phone calling for the third time in a row.

It was my best friend's wedding day and everything was going exactly as planned. I was as cool as a cucumber even with Tanya's yelling through the phone because I knew whatever she was calling about probably wasn't as big of a deal as they were making it.

I took a deep breath before entering the room where Trinity was getting dressed.

"What's the problem and where's everyone?" I asked looking around at the empty dressing room.

"Trinity's missing no one can find her."

"What the hell do you mean she's missing?!" I shouted.

"There was a lot of crying and nervousness she said she needed some fresh air we haven't seen her since." Tanya explained plopping down on the bench.

I rushed out the room in search of my assistant.

"Caitlyn!" I yelled running up to her.

"I know I already heard I ran into one of the bride's maids a while ago."

"You know what to do I'm going to go get my best friend."

"You know where she's at?"

"We're best friends!" I yelled back to her as I ran out the mansion.

I drove as fast as I could to the pond by the library.

I spotted her the minute I pulled up I mean how could you not with the huge wedding dress she was wearing.

I could see a guy seating next to her as I got closer.

"Did you change your mind on getting married because I know some people that are going to be pretty pissed." I joked squatting down next to her.

I looked on the other side to see that the guy was Ken.

"WOW! I'm shocked." I laughed shaking my head.

"Not now. You can tell Khalil I'm not marrying him." Trinity snapped rolling her eyes.

"Why is that?" I asked.

"He doesn't want me. It's you wants and I'm tired of trying to out do you so you can have him."

"So what's the plan you're going to run off with Ken or something?"  I asked causing them both to snap their heads towards me.

"It's a thought, I mean he hasn't been with you so I might." She replied looking back over at the pond.

I looked over to see Ken pulling out a blunt.

"Don't even think about it." I snapped.

"I'm just trying to get her relaxed so she can get her ass back to her wedding because she's definitely not running off with me."

"I have something for her she doesn't need to be smelling like weed walking down the aisle." I explained snatching the blunt from Trinity's hand.

"I just said I'm not getting married."

"Why? Because your best friend might've had your little fiancee first. Trinity let it go it's obvious they don't want each other anymore and for you to keep using that as an excuse makes you seem insecure. If he wanted Roni I highly doubt he would waste his time and energy trying to marry your annoying ass today. Move on and let the past be the past. " Ken yelled in annoyance.

I could see trinity beginning to cry. She had always been a little sensitive when Ken talked to her. Most people were because he's always honest and sometimes his tone can be a little scary like now.
