Sgt. Ruiz's P.O.V.
It's been 2 days after the attack on the Guadeloupe base. Cowboys turning out to be a really good soldier. I'm really considering letting him in the team. After all we have a spot that's open since Lockwood was captured. The team hasn't been the same since, except that may change if we have Cowboy on are team. I just hope he'll be willing to join. Suddenly the sound of my walkey talkey going off interrupts my thought. "Sgt. Ruiz are you there, over?" "Solid copy what's your status, over?" Sir you need to here this, get down here now!" Replied the voice on my radio. "I'm on my way, over and out," I replied."
10 minutes later in the communications center...
"Sir we got this distress signal earlier it seems as if it's coming from an enemy base about 90 miles out," said one of their radio men. "So get to the point what does it have to do with me I answered." Sir, we think it may be Lockwood," they stated.There was a long pause before some one spoke. "It's near the area Lockwood disappeared," they finally spoke, "So the odds are possible it's him." "We could do a full scale attack on that base in about I don't know 2 days, he assured." "That's not too terribly long and we could possibly save him, If your willing to that is sir," he gestured. "Yes of course I'd be willing to, but send back a receiving signal and see if it's him," I stuttered. "We can't be taking any shots in the dark it must be him," he ordered.
Shawn P.O.V.
I'm sitting in my courters staring at the wall when Sgt. Ruiz walks in. He sits down by me awkwardly silent for moment, but then he spoke. "We think we've found Lockwood's position in an enemy base 90 miles away."I gawked at him for a second. "Well what are we sitting around for let's go save his butt and kill some enemy scum!" I replied. "It's not that easy we have to be sure it's him first," he responded. "So we're going to just sit here while our Allie is possibly in trouble?" I asked. "Trust me," he said, we'll get him back."
