"Mum! I can have guy friends! It doesn't mean I.....like any of them...That's stupid!"
"Sweetie you're getting defensive, who do you like?"
"Nobody! They're the same-"

"Let's change the subject! When's dad coming home?"

She got cut off when she started to stare behind me. I looked and I had the same expression as she was. It was Jimmy.
"Oh N-" I got cut off by my mother going up to him and questioning him....
"Hello! Are you my daughter's boyfriend? She was talking about two boys and they had very similar names...What's your name?"
"(y/n) why is there a crazy lady asking my name? I'm so confused. I just wanted some crisps...." Poor Jimmy was confused. My mum wasn't helping.
"Jimmy, meet my....Mother. Shes... energetic?"

"Oh you soooo like him! I don't blame you! Not at all! He is very charming and quite handsome! You only giggle when you think someone's cut-"
"Hahaha! Very funny Mum! JIMMY. KITCHEN. NOWWWW." I started to shove Jimmy in the direction of the kitchen.
"Okay okay OKAY!!!! We are in. The. Kitchen! You need to- waaaaiiittt.... Ya think I'm cute?" Of course I think he's cute but I can't say that!!!!!!!
"I-I mean no? yeah? maybe? I DONT KNOW!!!!!" I covered my face in embarrassment. Thanks a lot mother :/

She think I'm cute? I mean I don't know? No, She doesn't know? She might? UGH! My poor brain.

My mum started to grab Jimmy by the wrist and drag him out of the kitchen, going towards the back door.
"Lady you're crazy! And people say I need a straight jacket! GET OFF!"
"NO! YOU COULD BE A MURDERER! YOU MIGHT HURT MY PRECIOUS BABY! HOW CAN I TRUST A HORRIBLE YOUNG REJECT LIKE YOU?!"
"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?! I WOULDNT HURT HER! WHY WOULD I? SHES INNOCENT AND KIND TO ME. I REALLY HOPE SHE GETS THAT FROM HER DADS SIDE CUZ YOU DONT HAVE ANY OF THE QUALITIES IN YOU! YOURE INSANE!"
"Mum STOP! PLEASE HE WOULDNT HURT ME EVEN IF HE WANTED TO! HES A NICE GUY I SWEAR!"
"THATS IT! If you don't let go of me in five seconds I'll have to show you my secret. Believe me. I haven't shown anyone my secret yet so I think a good little reminder is due...."
"Is your secret to kill my daughter or that you're an adopted piece of trash?! DONT YOU SWEAR IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER!"
Suddenly I saw this girl. She had black hair and was in a white dress. She looked like a Ghost. My mum fainted with one touch of the girl, and helped Jimmy up. She hugged him, and he hugged back. She kissed him and disappeared.
"Thanks Katrina.....I guess?"
"Jimmy are you okay?!"
I couldn't help running to him and hugging him. I felt so bad. This was all my fault.
"Hey I'm fine. And I think Ghost isn't gonna come out for a while...."
"Did I do something wrong?"
"Nah it's just that ghost....They know each other."
"Are you sure you don't know her? She seemed to know you. I mean she did kiss you and all. You two seem pretty-"
Your POV
I got cut off by Jimmy. I suddenly realised what was happening. OHMYGOD OHMYGOD OHMYGOD OHMYGOD!!!!!
Jimmy was kissing me?! But WHY?!?!?!
"Don't ask. Don't question. Katrina probably (and surprisingly) has a thing for Ghost and he refuses to believe that. But I don't really like her in that way. But I do like- NEVERMIND GOTTA GO!"
And with that Jimmy ran out the door.
