After I tell Laura all the details from me and Josh's conversation, we eat quickly and throw away our food.
"Nora's got a boyfriend! Nora's got a boyfriend!"
"Shut up! I do not! Just because we talked for a little bit doesn't mean he likes me!"
Actually yes it does. And I know it. I just didn't want to seem like a bragger. But I don't know if I even have time for boys. I need to focus on my recital coming up this July and I can't worry about anything else.
"Alright alright. Look there's forever 21. " Laura starts to drag me into the outlet. She leads me to the back where the woman's clothes are and we start to browse.
"Hey Nora how's this?" She holds up a black crop top with some black skinny jeans against it.
"Yeah that's perfect for you."
She nods and continues to browse again.
After about 10 minutes of browsing Laura says something.
"Have you picked anything out yet?"
"Um well not yet"
"Cmon Nora!! You really need a new wardrobe! You can't stick to your old clothes anymore! They're getting too small! Here look."
She holds Up outfit after outfit and I just nod my head as if I agree with her. She squeals that I'm finally getting new clothes. We walk to the checkout counter and pay for our stuff and walk out of the store.
"Well that was fun wasn't it Nora?"
I reply "yeah I guess."
She rolls her eyes while having a smile on her face and continues walking. After about 5 minutes my phone dings and I open it to see who texted me.
Hey Nora :) Just wanted make sure my texts would go through~Josh
"Ooh who's texting you? Is it Josh?"
She nudges my shoulder. "Yup. He wanted to make sure his texts go through."
She smiles big. "I know what that means. He just wanted a excuse to text you." She giggles.
"Whatever" I reply. I stare down at my phone and type a response to Josh.
Yup. Got it. ;)

I can tell~Nora I giggle some more than Laura finally breaks our silence. "So what is he texting you?"
"Oh nothing." I giggle some more as we continue to text.
"Wow Nora.I haven't seen this side of you before. You never took time to talk to a boy."
"Oh well I guess Josh is just special I guess" she rolls her eyes with a smile on her face.
"Well if you don't mind I'm gonna go run into Yankee candle if you don't mind waiting out here."
"Yeah sure." I continue texting Josh as I sit down on a couch near the outlet.
