"We have a wedding taking place in a couple of hours and I want everything to go as smoothly as possible. "
Amelia said explaining the wedding of a very prominent lawyer in town.
" Everything is here already Amelia. We just need to start setting up and getting the food done and we'll be set, " Philip, the head chef, said from his spot beside the desk in the meeting room.
"Alright, well go ahead and get started then. Keep me update and let me know if you need anything. Dismissed, " Amelia explained ending the meeting.
Everyone except Sebastian and his people left the room. Amelia turned to them with a warm smile and explained the importance of the wedding about to take place. The wedding of lawyer, Malcolm Scott will bring great publicity and more event to the hotel.
"Tell me Bella, how many different events do you have at this hotel location," Sebastian asked with a serious face.
"Uhh, we have weddings, receptions, Galas, charity events, proms, pageants, and even sports dinners."
"How many profits do the hotel get from those," Sebastian asked with a business tone.
" Over 10 million dollars Semi-Annually," she answered confidently.
Sebastian then sends his men out of the room and stands walking toward Amelia.
Nervously, Amelia backs away slightly trembling with anticipation. Sebastian leans in close as he backs her into a wall. Tracing his fingers along her body, Sebastian began to speak.
"Have I said something wrong, " asked Amelia breathlessly.
"No, you have not Amelia , but I do have one more question. How many of these events do you head? "
"All of them, but the assistant manager does help when it's needed."
Okay here's what I want to happen," Sebastian said, "I want you to head about 75% of the hotels events. Then, I want your assistant manager to head 25% of the hotel events . I don't want to sound pushy or like I'm trying to change all the rules, but if I lessen the workload on you and give the assistant manager more work to do, it take stress off of you as the general manager and adds some work for the assistant manager. The environment that I want to establish at these hotels is that of happy employees. I want my employees to be happy and energized when they come to work. It makes for a better work environment and customers Will respond better to people who look less stressed. I want my employees to treat our customers like family. I want my customers to choose this hotel every time they plan on making a vacation, or getting married, or when they want to have a very important event, a place where they know they are going to get the best help and best of results.
Amelia was stunned as Sebastian finished his speech. She didn't know how intelligent he was and to her it made him more attractive. She smiled, shaking her head.
"what ?"
" I didn't give you enough credit. I think when it's time for you to fully take over the hotel you'll do a great job."
" You think so, " Sebastian asked with a smirk on his face.
" Only if you keep me here," Amelia joked biting her lip.
" Trust me, Bella. I will and you won't just be the general manager," he said leaning down and trailing kisses down her neck.
Moaning quietly , Amelia grabs his hair between her fingers and presses his face further into her neck.
Caught in the moment, Sebastian begins to unbutton her shirt slowly while trailing kisses down her neck. Lifting his face, Amelia grabs his face between her small hands and slams her lips to his. Groaning deep within his throat, Sebastian crushes her to his chest and sliding his tongues across her waiting lips.
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
"Ms. Amelia your help is needed in the kitchen."
Breaking away quickly she breathlessly responded, "I-I'll be right there."
" This isn't over, Bella. We will have our time uninterrupted," Sebastian said licking his full lips and walking out the door. Sighing, Amelia took a deep breath and walked to the kitchen to address the problem.
