"Hey Andy!" You smiled at your brother as you walked into the living room wearing a tight black dress.

"Hi-What are you wearing?" He interrogated.

"This...is...a...dress." you replied slowly, loudly and sarcastically. Speaking to him as if he didn't speak English.

"Don't get smart young lady. Where are you going?"

"To a party." You said getting impatient.

"No you're not." He retorted. "There will be drugs and alcohol...trust me. And Mum and Dad put me in charge while they're away. You're not getting drunk or high." I spoke sternly.

"Come on Andy." You whined. "I thought you a cool brother. Why you getting all protective?"

"Because I'm in charge. What if you died.I'd never forgive myself."

"I'm not gonna die!" You laughed at the thought.

"But you could. If you must go I'm coming with you."

"Ugh." You growled. "Fine but don't be weird."

He made a face like 'me weird?!' making you chuckled slightly, even though you were still annoyed at him.

Andy insisted he drive meaning you had to give directions.

During the car ride you agreed to tell people you were dating because the people at the party were your new collage friends so;

1. Either didn't know you had a brother or at least didn't know what he looked like.

2. You didn't want to look weird by bringing your brother to a party. Cause Andy wanted to stay near you the whole time to make sure you were safe.

When you arrived at the party Andy grabbed your hand and led you into the house. It wasn't weird for Andy to hold your hand. He was a very affectionate person. But this wasn't supportive, it was more protective.

As we made are way up to the house Andy's grip became more firm and he began to stiffen up.

"It's okay. We're not gonna get hurt." I reassured him. He nodded and we made our way inside.

The place was packed so we shimmied our way through to the kitchen where my friends said they were.

"Hey (Y/N)!" Your friend Jessica called from near the sink where she was standing with your other friends Max and Kayla.

"Hey guys!" You smiled leading Andy up to them.

"So who's this?" Max grinned devilishly wiggling his eyebrows.

You gulped and made eye contact with Andy to check it was okay. He nodded slightly telling you it was okay to say you were together even though it was painful and disgusting.

"This is Andy...my boyfriend." You cringed internally. He was only a year older than you so you'd literally grown up doing absolutely everything together which somehow made it weirder than if he was a couple year older. It made no sense cause either way he was your brother. And insest ew.

"Oh my goodness! I'm so proud!" Kayla chimed in.

"Thanks." You replied awkwardly. Andy just kinda stood there but then he noticed the awkward tension, that only you and him felt cause only you knew the truth, and decided to speak up.

"Hi! It's nice to meet you. I didn't catch your names though."

"Oh sorry, I'm Jessica. This is Max. And this is Kayla." Jessica smiled pointing to everyone as she said their name. "(Y/N) didn't mention you'd be coming. Or even that she had a boyfriend! Have you been dating long?"

"Uh...no not really. A couple weeks maybe." He answered awkwardly.

"Wow so quite a long time then?!" Max said seeming kinda shocked.

"I don't know really. It's one of my longest relationships." Andy chuckled slightly. Although this whole thing was fake a couple of weeks is the longest relationship he's ever had.

"What?! A guy like yourself has never had a long term relationship?" Jessica cried. "I don't believe you!"

After a few minutes of talking you decided to get a drink and start dancing. Andy had water but the rest of you had a beer. You assured Andy and yourself you wouldn't get drunk and you intended to stick to that.

After about and hour of dancing the younger brother of the host of the party, Mark, who's house we were at called a game of truth or dare in the garage.

A few people followed him but most people stayed dancing. You felt bad so you dragged Andy into the garage where the game was.

"Right I think we're ready to start." Mark said clapping his hands and sitting down, joining the circle you'd made. Marks fairly childish and nerdy so you expected this to be pretty tame. Also considering the only people playing were you, Andy, Mark, Jessica, Max, Kayla and two of Mark's friends who were his age so a year younger than you.

"Okay James can go first." Mark smirked at his friend (who...guess what? Was called James!! Woah no way!!! 😂) "Okay Truth or Dare?" Mark asked.

"hmm...truth!" James replied.

"Do you have a crush on anyone?"

It was like a teen girls sleepover. Like what kind of a question is that? Anyway...

James shook his head.

"Okay Kyle, truth or dare?" James asked Mark's other friend (who's name was Kyle!! Wow shocker 😂)

The game continued fairly tame for a while. James and Kyle asking tame questions and giving tame dares. That is until it got to you. You chose truth and Jessica was going to be the one asking you the question.

"Have you and Andy kissed yet?" She grinned.

"No." You replied simply.

"Okay Andy, truth or dare?" You asked.

You saw a glimmer of adventure flash in his eyes. "Dare!"

You sat there for a few minutes thinking of a good dare but nothing came. Just then Jessica chimed in.

"KISS!" She cried.

"No I don't think so." You said horrified, shaking your head violently.

"Why not?" Kayla asked furrowing her eyebrows.

"Uh...it's just not the right time!" Andy replied smoothly.

"You two are boring." Jessica huffed.

You gave Andy a side glance; he knew why and just shrugged.

"Fine." You sighed, "But no tongues and shit."

"Okaaaayyy." Jessica responded.

"Sorry." You mouthed.

Andy leaned in quickly to whisper something to you.

"It's okay. We always kissed each other goodbye as kids just pretend we're kids again." He whispered and you nodded.

Then he pulled away but soon began to lean in again.

The 'kiss' was extremely awkward and uncomfortable but it was just an extended peak so it was something you could erase from your mind fairly easily.

After a few more people had their turns you decided it was time to leave.

You said goodbye and left through the side door and got into the car.

"Remind me never to come to a party with you again!" Andy warned.

"Oh I will. I've never experienced anything more awkward." You laughed, "Also I told you you could trust me! I wasn't gonna get drunk."

"I trust you! Just so long as I never have to pretend to be your boyfriend ever again!"

"I'm good with that!" You chuckled as you began to drive home.
