Dixie's P.O.V
"Daisy, can we stop now?" I begged.
We had been walking for hours. sixteen stores and forty bags apiece later, I was officially wore out.
"No! we need shoes, makeup, you a new phone, a bike and ohh! We forgot to get your jacket made!" she said before rushing off to a store.
I silently followed her, and once inside I had to give the guy my size and name. he kept checking me out. once we were done in there, we bought the rest of the stuff she insisted I needed, plus ordered my bike-which was a neon green and shiny black Harley Davidson by the way-we went to go pick up my jacket.
It was done, and it fit perfectly. it had a intricate design on it, it looked beautiful. I was a little shocked.
"Mine?" I asked daisy hopefully.
"Yours." she said proudly.
The car ride home was silent, both of us exhausted. but I finally spoke up.
"Does your brother have a mate yet?"
it was silent for a moment, and I was beginning to think I should apologize.
"He did. but she died in childbirth, alone with the son. that's why he likes you so much, he wants you to be his second chance mate." she said quietly.
Before I could process this, she was out of the car and opening the trunk.
Sure enough when I looked up, we were at the pack house. I realized I had no where to put my bags.
I suddenly became nervous. but the. Alpha Damon came out and took all the bags that were mine, and beckoned me to follow him. he brought me to a door.
"Do you mind staying in my room?" He asked quietly.
I thought for a moment, before opening the door and giving him a huge smile.
"Will you keep me company? or do I have to sleep alone In a house full of strangers?"
"I'm a stranger." he pointed out.
"But you saved me, so you're my hero."
They smiled at each other before walking in to the room together.
Yes, I was crazy. I know that. but how bad could he be? he had saved her life, so he had to be trust worthy, right?
She walked inside the room and gasped.
It was huge! a dresser against one wall, a desk right next to it, one wall was nothing but a window, with a balcony looking over the forest. the bed was on a platform facing the balcony. the walls were a bright green and two doors stood alone on one wall, I'm guessing they were the bathroom and the closet.
"Do you like it?" he asked shyly.
"No, I love it! it's beautiful!"
He smiled at me.
"Half of the closet is yours along with half of the dresser, If you don't like anything we can change it. I'm going to get you something to eat, I know daisy probably wore you out. I'll be right back okay?"
"We don't have to change anything. it's okay."
He walked to the door before smiling at her and leaving.
Well he is cute, and he treats me good. plus he's so sweet!
He came back while i was in the middle of unpacking the many bags of clothes.
"Do you like burgers? if you don't I can cook you something else."
I hugged him, "they're my favorite." I smiled at him. I dug in, it was just so delicious!
"I was right, she wore you out and starved you!"
"I was ready to just stop and come back but she insisted." I mumbled.
"That girl is crazy."
"I know, she's my sister after all." alpha Damon pointed out.
"I know this is odd, but would you be my girlfriend? your really pretty, and I don't have a mate anymore so you don't have to worry about that.." he trailed off.
I started giggling.
"What?" he asked looking confused.
"Yes I will." I said smiling at him.
He kissed me softly at first, but then passionately.
He laid me down on the bed, and pretty soon marked me as his.
