Bridget, Beckett, and Ethan all go to Ethan's apartment. Once they are inside, Ethan takes Beckett to the bathroom to give him a glow in the dark bandaid. After that they headed to the living room. They got pillows and blankets and set up the fort. Ethan moved the tv off the entertainment center and put it on the floor. Beckett picked to watch Toy Story 3. About halfway through the movie, Beckett was fast asleep.

"Do you want to talk in the kitchen?" Ethan asked.

"Yeah. It's stuffy in here." Bridget said in a whisper. They got up and walked to the kitchen. Ethan got two glasses of water and set them down. Bridget took one and sipped on it.

"So tell me." Ethan said, resting his elbows on the counter while Bridget sat on a stool. "I wanna know about you Olympic journey."  Ethan was trying to sound mysterious, but he just made Bridget laugh.

"It's a long one. Are you sure your up for it?" She asked.

"I could listen to you talk for hours." Ethan said with small smile. Bridget's cheeks flushed and her heart started beating faster. She started getting nervous again but she began talking.

"Well it all started when my mom signed me up for a volleyball camp. I absolutely loved playing with the other girls. I guess I showed a lot of potential at 6 years old so the camp counselor signed me up for a team. I played volleyball all the way until high school. I loved being on the court and being part of a team. It was exciting and I loved the feeling of running around and being able-" Bridget stopped talking and looked at Ethan. "I'm sorry, um this isn't very interes-" Ethan cut her off.

"Don't ever being sorry for talking about your passion. I want to know everything. I love hearing this." When he said this, Bridget heart skipped a beat. He cared about her and he made her not feel nervous to talk about what she loved. She stared at Ethan and he stared back.

"Tell me more." He said

"Well, when I got to high school I was immediately on the Varsity team. It all happens so fast. My team started winning most of our games and tournaments." Ethan had a puzzled look on his face.

"I thought you said you were going to the Olympics for beach volleyball?" Ethan said. Bridget smiled.

"I am, and that's the next part of the story!" She said laughing. Ethan laughed with her and Bridget started talking again. "So one day my coach approached me and she asked me if I wanted to go to a sand game tonight and play with three other girls. I was excited because I've never done it before. Once I got on the sand, I never wanted to get off. I eventually stopped playing indoor volleyball I could focus on sand ball. I eventually teamed up with April Ross and we formed a team. We played a lot of tournaments and won. By now I'm was junior in high school and I was told that college scouts were coming to one of my tournaments. What I wasn't told was the the Olympic US Beach Volleyball scouts were also there. After the game, they signed me and April to the team. I've been training for two years and it's almost here." Bridget finished her story and took a sip of water. When Bridget had been talking, Ethan took the chance to look at all her features. Her blonde hair fell just below her shoulders. She had blue eyes that faded to green near her pupils. She had a mole on the right side of her face by her ear, one under lip, and one one the hollow of her throat. She wore a necklace that was gold and had a small diamond on it. She used her hands a lot when she talked. Her teeth were in a perfect straight line and he loves how she smiled when she talked. He noticed she stopped talking. He stood up and walked around the counter and sat on the stool next to her. "That's incredible and you want to know what I discovered? He asked.

"Um sure?" She said sitting up straight.

"I discover that you are the most beautiful person I have ever seen or talked too in my entire life." Bridget's cheeks flushed and her heart skipped a beat. She had never felt this way about anyone before. Her eyes started filling with tears. No Bridget please don't cry.

It was too late. The tears started running down her cheeks. Ethan jumped off the stool and wrapped his arms around her. Bridget was hesitant, but then wrapped her arms around him. "What's wrong. I didn't mean to upset you." Ethan said into her ear.

"No. Um I just... Um. Talking about my career reminded me of my mom and then when you called me-" she stopped herself. She wasn't crying anymore, but just didn't believe she was beautiful. She pulled away from Ethan. He stroked her cheek with his thumb. They heard something stir. They both turned to the living room to see a sleepy Beckett.

"Bridge my tummy really hurts. I wanna go home." Beckett said rubbing his eyes.

"Thanks for coming buddy. I'm gonna miss you!" Ethan said kneeling down. He leaned over and whispered to Beckett. "Do you think we can can take your sister out another date?" Beckett replied with a smile. Bridget grabbed her bag, and brother and Ethan walked them out.

"Thank you for tonight." Bridget said to Ethan. Ethan hugged her tightly and she let herself fall in his arms. He let go and leaned over and kisses her cheek. Her cheek tingled and her knees went weak. She looked into his brown eyes and knew she wanted to see him again.

"Goodnight beautiful. Hopefully I can see you again?" He asked.

" you read my mind." He gave her a side hug and Bridget and Beckett went home. On the way home, Bridget asked Beckett of he liked Ethan.

"I like him sissy. He doesn't seem like he wants to hurt you. Do you like him?" Bridget's heart warmed at how her four year old brother was protective. "Yeah Beck, I really really do." She went to bed happy that night.
