seven (pt 1)

Ok so this chapter will be kinda awkward. I'm gonna go through Ethan's day with Beckett playing baseball and then Bridget's. I'm gonna let you guys know when I switch but just didn't want you to get confused. Ily carry on!

Ethan woke up happier than he ever had before. Be sat up in his bed and stretched. He leaned over and grabbed his phone. The only notification he got, was Apple telling him he had software update. (My life) he sighed and decide to send Bridget a good morning text. He got out bed and threw on t shirt and some shorts. He walked into Grayson's room and decided to dump a glass of water on him. Grayson shot up choking because he snorted most of the water. Ethan crumpled on the floor laughing and Grayson jumped on him.

"I am gonna get you back you little punk." Grayson stood up and jumped back on the bed. Ethan walked in the kitchen wiping the tears from his eyes. He made himself two waffles and added butter and syrup. He finally finished eating and went to his bathroom to fix his hair, shave, and brush his teeth. After that he went into the garage and grabbed a glove for himself, and a smaller one he used when he was little. Ethan finally left and drove to Bridget's. Once he arrived he knocked on the door and saw Kerri

"Hey Ethan! It's good to see you!" Kerri said. She gave him a hug and it lasted a little longer than it should have. Once she let go, her fingers trailed down his arm. Ethan was uncomfortable and took a step back.

"So where's Bridget? Is she at training?" Ethan asked. Kerri nodded her head.

"ETHAN!" Beckett shouted. He ran into Ethan's arms. Beckett was wearing a baseball hat and baseball shirt. Ethan slightly laughed and put him down.

"You ready to go buddy?" Ethan asked. Beckett nodded and they started to leave.

"So, will I see you when I get back?" Kerri asked flirtatiously. There was no way Ethan would lead her on, at all. Bridget specifically told him she didn't want to get hurt, and he wasn't going to do that on the first day.

"Probably not.  Let's go Beck." They walked to Ethan's car he helped Beckett into the car seat Bridget left behind. They started driving to the park.

"Hey Beckett can I ask you something."
Ethan said looking into the review mirror.

"Yup!" He said looking through the window.

"Do you like your babysitter, Kerri?"

"Well, not really. Every time I ask her to play cars with me she never wants to. And she's always watching movies on our tv and I ask to watch a movie and she plays it but then she skips most of the movie to end. And when Bridget gets home, it looks like we've been watching the movie. That's when Kerri acts nice to me. And sometimes when I tell her I'm hungry she never makes me dinner. But Bridge likes her so, I guess I like her too."

"So she doesn't feed you when it's dinner time?"  Ethan asked, infuriated.

"She only gives me food if theirs leftovers." Ethan was so angry he wanted to turn around and go slap that girl in the face. Of course he would never actually hit a girl, but he need to tell Bridget soon what was going on. They pulled into the park and got out. Ethan gave Beckett the glove and they walked out. They separated everybody into teams, but they left the boys and whoever they brought together. They played but they didn't keep score. Ethan was having so much playing and watching Beckett play. It was Beckett's turn to bat. He was hitting the ball off of the tee. The bases were loaded. Beckett swung at the ball, and it actually went pretty far. A small boy, about six years old chased after the ball. Beckett kept running and ran past first base. He then ran past second. Ethan was cheering Beckett on and told him to keep running. Beckett reached third base and Ethan saw a home run in the future. Beckett was still running and he was fast. Beckett reached home plate and he had the biggest smile on his face. Ethan picked Beckett up and swung him around.

"Beckett you just made a home run. A home run. I'm so proud of you little man!!" Ethan said. He was so happy and proud of Beckett.

"Dude, we are going get ice cream right now because you just made a home run!" Ethan said gathering their stuff. He drove to Dairy Queen and Ethan ordered a vanilla cone with sprinkles. Beckett wanted a Oreo Blizzard.

"Can we get Bridget something? She's probably tired from volleyball." Beckett asked. He was in his tip toes trying to see over the counter. This kid is just too cute. Ethan thought.

"What does she like?" Ethan asked.

"A hot fudge sundae. She loves that." Beckett said. Ethan ordered and paid. They got back in the car and drove back to the apartment.

(Ok so now we are gonna start with Bridget's day and yeah continue, ps ily)

Bridget woke up to the sound of her alarm. She got up and put on a tank top and tights. She added her black Nikes and grabbed her bag that held her visor, sunglasses, and her team USA practice bikini. She made herself a protein drink and waited in the living room for Kerri to get here. She walked into Beckett's room to check on him. She took out his baseball t shirt and hat. She also took out his pants, socks, and shoes, just so he will be ready to get dressed. She walked into the living room and set his car seat by the door.

About five minutes later, Kerri arrived. Bridget left and got in her car. She started driving to the gym and she rolled the windows. She was actually happy for once. She was proud of herself and she felt beautiful. She smiled at the thought. She turned up the radio and the song "a thousand years" was playing.

She loved this song, and when it said "all along I believed I would find you" it made her think of Ethan. She smiled once again. She pulled into the parking lot and her phone buzzed. She looked down and it was a text from Ethan.

"Good morning beautiful:) have a good day!"

She smiled again, and went to her training.
