The next day Francis woke up later than usual, it was already 10:30. Straddled by the time Francis jumped out of his bed going to his closet quickly picking up some clothes and throwing them on. How did he wake up so late? How did he sleep so much? Francis cussed under his breath rushing his brush through his hair, panic rose in him. He was so late for school. At last he grabbed his bag and ran down the stairs calling for his mother but she wasn't there in the kitchen only a note. The note said that she was at the grocery that Francis should stay at home and that waffles were in the microwave.

Frowning he read the note again, then he remembered the past events of yesterday. Gulping he put his bag down, he wasn't too sure if he actually wanted to stay at home. But it was much better than going to school and facing Jamie, he didn't know if even could face him ever again. Francis shook his head feeling his eyes tear up, he blinked them away quickly. He walked up the stairs up going into his bedroom getting out some more comfortable clothing, which included sweat pants and a sweater as he caught the sight of the cloudy weather. Then he got into his bathroom taking a quick hot shower washing away his tiredness.

When he finished putting on his clothes and putting his hair into a bun he walked back down stairs with his phone and earphones. Not really feeling hungry he decided to drink some hot chocolate instead of eating a stack of waffles. Now he was sitting on the couch of the living room with hot chocolate in one hand and his phone in the other. He was going through his playlist putting on some sweet melodic music that one of his own friends in France had composed.

It was the sound of a violin playing. Francis relaxed leaning back into his couch, forgetting about the events of yesterday but the kiss. The memories of the kiss made his heart swoon and feel all warm inside. And he liked it. He sipped on his cup while drowning in his own thoughts and the gentle tone of the violin in his ears. When he finished his cup his placed on the coffee table before bringing his knees up.

His phone beeped up a few times which got him out of his thoughts. He looked down at the small bright screen to see that he had gotten a text message from a few friends from school. He looked down at the time before realizing it was breakfast for them. There was one from Katie, two from Roy, one from Kiku and then five from Jamie. Francis paled feeling his heart sink and then start to speed up bursting against his rib cage. He gulped ignoring the text messages from Jamie and decided to answer the others.

It wasn't such a big lie, what else could he say anyways? And it was the same thing being sick and not feeling well. He decided not to answer Roy, not really feeling like answering knowing that he would be with Jamie. So he decided to answer Kiku.

The urge to tell Kiku about what happened was high, but he wasn't sure how. Francis bit his lip, not able to find the right words to tell. His eyes teared up again feeling so helpless. Shaking his head he send another text.
