Chapter 6

Once I got to the flat I paid the taxi driver and got out of the car (all my things with me). I walked up to the door and unlocked it. (the building on the outside is at the top) and walked in. My flat number is 3. (I lived in the third one from the left) As I walked in I looked around. Once I was inside, I locked the door behind me and set my suitcase down. I looked around and saw that there was stairs. I walked up the stairs and saw that there was a toilet room, and then a bathroom with a sink and a bath, and an empty closet. I walked up the next hundred stairs into the third floor. In the third floor I saw a hallway which led to a kitchen with a glass door, a living room, and two rooms which I think her supposed to be bedrooms. I then decided to go to the next flight of stairs which led to a small hallway and to a small little room. I guess that's supposed to be an office room. I walked all the way back down the stairs to get my suitcase. I pulled it up all the all to the second floor. I decided to make the right bedroom mine and the left one a guest room. There was on furniture so I just laid my suitcase on the ground. I pulled out my phone and searched for cheap furniture. I found this one website that had affordable furniture that delivered. I order a bed, a couch, and a dresser. The total was £594.42. (I had already converted my dollars into pounds at the airport) The furniture was supposed to be here in a week. Ding Dong! Some rang my doorbell. I ran down the stairs and looked through the peephole. It was Dan and Phil! My two favorite YouTubers of all time. They were at my door! I had to calm myself down and not fangirl. I opened the door.

"Hey" I said.

"Hello, I'm Phil and this is my friend and roommate Dan" he said as he put his hand out for me to shake it.

I shook it and then Dan put his hand out and I shook his as well.

"We just wanted to say welcome. We are your new neighbors" Phil explained.

"Well I'm Mackenzie. But you can call me Mac" I said.

"Well, we'll see you around" Phil said.

"Bye" I said as they started walking off.

"Goodbye" Phil said as he turn around to look at me.

I closed the door and locked it again. Oh my god! Dan and Phil are my neighbors!

-Time Skip-

The time was now 12:09 and I was getting hungry. I didn't have any food. So I either go out and buy some, order some, or go to a restaurant. I decided just to go to a restaurant and then buy some groceries. But I didn't know any restaurants around here so I just googled it. I found this Starbucks just around the corner. I decided to walk there. I put my phone and my wallet in the pocket of my hoodie and grabbed my keys. I walked down the stairs to the door. I unlocked it and walked out locking before leaving. I walked to the Starbucks and got in line. Once it was my turn to order I walked up to the girl at the cash register and asked for a Vinnila Bean Frappuccino and a sandwich. I waited a minute and then got my drink. I found a small table in the corner and sat down. I opened up the container where the sandwich was and picked up the sandwich. I ate all my food. I throw away all my trash and left. As I was walking out I bumped into something. I fell down.

"I'm so sorry. I wasn't paying attention" said a very familiar voice.

I looked up and saw a very worried Dan.

"No it's okay. I was the one who wasn't paying attention" I said as I got up.

"Are you okay?" He asked with concerned look on his face.

"Yeah I am" I said.

"Wait your that new girl who moved in next to us" he pointed out.

"Yup, that's me" I said.

"Do you want a drink or something?" He asked.

"Sure, why not" I said.

"Come on then" he said.

We walked inside and waited in line. Then we ordered and we sat at a table.
