Mike's P.O.V

"There are a lot of things that you don't know."

It's true. She doesn't know a lot of things about me that have to do with her. That I've got the hots for her. That I'm planning on sneaking her and Kyle into the rest of our shows in Illinois just so I can look at her beautiful face in the crowd. That I am willing to take her back to Cali with us. That I'm trying so hard not to ask her and Kyle to come with us. I wouldn't come off as a creep if I asked. Right? I mean, we've known eachother for almost an entire week. That's gotta mean something...right?

"Ah, Burger King. Nice choice." She said with a smile as I pulled up to the fast food restaurant. We got out of the car and entered the restaurant. "I was thinking about taking you to a gourmet restaurant, but I wasn't sure if you'd like it." I said. Okay, maybe that's a little lie. I'm just trying to impress her! Doesn't every guy do that?

"This is as gourmet as it gets around here. We don't have all of that fancy California stuff that you're used to." She said with a chuckle. I smiled and looked at her as we stood in line. I didn't take my eyes off of her. I studied her face. I don't ever want to forget it. I mean, I can't stay for long. We have to get back on tour soon.

Erin looked at me and smiled. Crap! She probably thinks I'm a creep for staring at her. I smiled back and quickly looked up at the menu, trying to act natural.

I ended up getting a Whopper and a Coke, and Erin got some chicken nuggets and a Sprite. I paid, took the tray, and walked to an empty booth with Erin following.

"You didn't have to pay ya know?" Erin said as she popped a chicken nugget in her mouth. I shrugged and smiled. "I know." I responded. Erin and I sat ther and ate and talked. We were still sitting there talking even after we finished our food. Erin eventually glanced at her wristwatch.

"Oh wow. We should go pick Kyle up. It's 10:30! I think we took a bit more than two hours. Heh..." She said. I laughed and stood up. I grabbed the tray with trash in it and dumped the waste in the trash bin. Soon Erin and I were driving back to the hotel. As I was exiting the car, Erin grabbed my arm.

"I just wanted to say, thanks. That was the most fun I've had with someone my age in a long time." She said. I smiled. "Well maybe we can do it again sometime." I said with a wink, trying to be smooth.

We both got out of the car and walked into the hotel. When we entered the room, it looked like all hell had broken loose while we were gone. BeeJ was sitting on one of the beds with his knees pulled to his chest. His hair was messed up and his eyes were really wide. Then there was Tre. He was laying on the floor on his back all sprawled out. It looked like he was staring into a void of nothingness for a matter of fact.

I expected Adrienne to look stressed as well, but she was fine. She was sitting on the bed with Kyle's head in her lap as he slept. She was reading some book. I looked around the place. Sheets were all over the place, there was water all over the bathroom floor, ripped up pieces of magazines were everywhere, and the mini fridge door was hanging open.

Inside of the mini fridge was a bunch of empty soda cans and bottles. Ohhhh! The guys must've given Kyle a bunch of soda. I'm guessing he was on a sugar high, and that's why he's crashed on Adrienne's lap. I heard snickering behind me. I looked over to see Erin covering her mouth, trying not to laugh.

"Wow guys. Just, wow." Erin said with a laugh as she slowly clapped. "Giving an eleven year old, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, twelve things of soda! I'm impressed. I'd expect him to jump out the window by now!" Erin said, counting the soda cans and bottles. Adrienne and I just chuckled. Billie and Tre continued to look traumatized. Erin walked over to Adrienne and picked Kyle up, slinging him over her shoulder.

"Thanks Adrienne." Erin said with a smile as she pulled $30 out of her pocket. She handed the money to Adrienne. "No problem. It was nice to have someone to practice with so I can prepare for this guy." She said as she looked down at her baby bump. As Erin was walking out, she pulled me aside.

"Thanks again, Mike." She said with a smile. She kissed my cheek and left, closing the door behind her. My legs went numb as she did that. She kissed my cheek! I'm never washing my face again! Good god...I sound like a fangirl! 

Erin's P.O.V.

I gently layed Kyle in his bed and pulled his shoes and his shirt off so he could at least be a little comfortable. I pulled his covers over him and left his room. I flopped onto my bed and thought about today.

Is it strange that I might....like Mike. Like as in...like like?
