"T-Theres another jump...?" a boy asked nervously
"Yes. Now here are the basics. If you jump you might live or die. Now just know that I don't even know if this is the correct place to jump, so let me just test" He said with a small laugh. He climbed up onto the lodge that lead to the deep hole. "See you on the flip side" he said leaning back Into the pit letting himself fall. I ran to the ledge looking down, my eyes following his figure even in the darkness. A loud laugh boomed out of the pit.
"He's fucking insane" I mumbled to myself holding my head
"alright initiatives, next?" A female voice asked standing up on the ledge. My hand started to raise by itself, I don't know why but I felt compelled to do so. God knows I was terrified of the unknown but this..?
Literally what the fuck did I get myself into. I stood up onto the ledge with her as whispers sounded from the group of fellow initiates
"Ahhh, a stiff?" She asks before snorting while laughing "Alright my name is Krista, hope you have a nice fall" She said pushing me back causing me to gasp and plunge into the black void.
