Chapter 5

Just as the alarm ping ding though my room , I get up out of bed . For over five months this is my now morning routine . Ever since that encounter with my boss and father , I had avoid my father and I put my focus in my work. Better yet I can't afford to lose my job . Cause it pays well but still I need get these bills off my hands.

I don't except father to pay us any mind but since lately mom said that he is asking for me often . She even said that he now starting to stop drinking alot . Question is , what have cause him to change ? It's a good thing though but I still wanna know .

About me in the working industry with the Crosswoods , business have making good profit and progress . Infact the business have now get unstoppable huge . Almost every business want to become partnership with us . But like my boss said she doesn't want to lose none of the companies liabilities .

Almost every two weeks both me and the CEO have to travel to the other branches just to see if it's a good progress going on as well .

But other than that outside of business , even though I shouldn't give too much care but the media have it that the new CEO is now dating a  Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock. It's not really my business but the guy has some serious egos . Infact seeing him in person is lot worse than TV cause he looks so scary .

And you wanna know what's annoying it's the chicks at work they just like ' oh my gosh The Rock ' like really . What about me am I not attractive too .

At work .

I now reach work and to be honest I think am prepare for today  . Walking in the building I go though the new security system body scan and bag scan . Am not surprise that Ms Crosswoods extend the security system . One thing for sure she is one hell of a smart woman only I hope she always keep up the good work .

I made my way to the top floor in the workers elevator , to my office like wise my assistant Garry , would greet me with a cup of coffee and a document . As I took the document and coffee it's all on ...

"Don't mean to scare you , but the CEO want you now in her office ."

"What for ."

"That's for you to find out and me to know. "  said the maniac that always consider me as friend . Well yes we share a good relationship in and out the office but sometimes he terrible for the ears to hear .

"Whatever ."

"Think you may wanna carry that file . "

"Whatever ." as I said that I walk to the CEO office , don't mind me but before I open the door I say a silent prayer in my head . Why it's because ever since Ms Crosswoods is so arrogant , mean ,hot temper etc .

As I knock on the door I could hear her voice that voice that no matter how it's commanding I has me twist for her and I can't stop wanting that voice to whisper my name ... Yes I like my boss but she I don't know it's mostly business for her .  And dating that Dwayne of  guy .

"Mr Henry I send for you about half an hour ago , why now you coming ." like that she said not lifting her head from the paperwork in her hands . Does she has an eye around  or what .

"I was stuck in traffic ..."

"Michael don't you know how much I hate excuses ."

"Sorry Ms Crosswoods but ..."

"No buts about it Micheal  ," with that she pause to look up from her papers to look at me ... Oh how much does the eyes looks of an Angel . "you and I both know how I am at the time of work ,  don't you ? Besides the reason I call you here is to know what was and where have you got your piece of paper work from ."
