Dallon had always wanted to be a police officer. They were, after all, the ones who saved his life.
-----
Flashback"Knees, now!" His mothers boomed. Dallon wimpered as he dropped onto the dingy carpet in his parents room. Dallon's mother ripped the boys shirts off aggressively before grabbing the belt from the floor. That was the same belt Dallon was beaten with the night before. Some of his dried blood still remained on the instrument of torture. Dallon looked over to his dad who was lying on the couch, passed out drunk once again. The belt whipped into his skin sending a strange noises echoing through the room. This noise wasn't unfamiliar to Dallon though, it was one he endured on a regular basis.
When his own mom finished beating him until he almost passed out, Dallon army crawled out of the room just as his mother passed out drunk as well. He would have inspected himself in the mirror but after army crawling into his room, his entire body ached. When will I ever be free that was what the injured boy thought to himself, just like every other time he was beaten.
------------
End of flash backDallon desperately tried to shake the thought out of his head as he drove to work. His job satisfied him. It sounds terrible but Dallon had always wanted to punish people. After what he'd gone through he thought people deserved punishment when they did something wrong, not because their parents were drunk and felt like it. He wanted to give those monsters what they deserved. That's why he worked in the high security branch of the Nevada state prison. He'd never felt much sympathy for the people he worked with, that is until one day. The day he met Brendon Urie.

I'm gonna give you another song even though it's technically the same day because none of my friends like my music suggestions so....
Song #2 of the day: Semi automatic by twenty øne piløts (this was my first TØP song, just saying)So ya, be on the lookout for chapter one but more importantly
