Crazy // chapter 5

A/N so the last chapter was a little different I guess, focusing more on the 2 people, so I wasn't sure but got great feedback again! Thank you all so much for reading, enjoy chapter 5 and stay awesomeeeee.

Lucy:

"I hope we weren't interrupting anything" Tristan winked and nudged James who was sat next to him in this massive circle of ice cream-ness. James just gave him the death stare whilst Laura was completely oblivious, too engrossed in eating the tub of Ben and Jerrys her and James were supposedly 'sharing', it's become more hers now.

"Be back in a sec" Connor said, getting up rather quickly. We all just sent each other shrugs and carried on eating.

The door creaked open and in walked Connor with some sort of vodka-mix drink in his hand and 8 shot glasses piled in the other. Before anyone got a chance to ask him anything he spoke up himself. "Put your ice cream tubs down. We're playing 'I have never'" he stated putting the bottle and glasses down on the covers before sitting himself down. "What do you have to do?" James asked sounding unsure. "well we go round the circle one at a time saying something we've never done then everyone in the circle that has done it has to have their shot. Got it?" He said looking around eagerly. "Are you sure this is really a good idea? I mean it was their date and I'm sure they both want to remember it" Charlie nodded towards Laura and James and her glasses slipped off her face, causing everyone to laugh. "The pretty lady has a point" Brad ruffled Charlie's hair as the laughter died down. "Alright alright, as long as we can play this other game? And it won't involve alcohol, just donuts!" Connor suggested again. "And where are we gonna get the donuts from? I'm pretty sure there's none in the Evans household!" Tristan made a good point. "Isn't there a 24hr tescos down the road? I'm intrigued as to what this game is now" Ellie said. "Right we'll go! Come on James!" Laura jumped up, then grabbed James' hands and pulled him up. "Looking like this?!" He looked down at his hollister trackies. "I think you look good so that's all that matters right?" Laura shouted from the hallway. He just shrugged at us and went to join her. "GET IN THERE JEMS" Connor, Tristan AND Brad shouted before they went. Me, Ellie and Charlie just face palmed. Suddenly Laura's head poked round the door, raising her eyebrows at the three boys who were now chuckling to themselves.

Laura:

"I'm driving!" I said grabbing my car keys and opening the front door. "whatever floats your boat!" James chuckled walking up to me and looking into my eyes. He started to lean in as did I. We got to the point where our faces were a couple of inches away from each other and I have him a quick peck on the lips, leaving him clearly wanting more.

After a while stood by the donuts in the isle in tesco debating which flavour to get we decided on just plain jam. Everyone loves a jam donut.

We went to the self service checkout and paid then headed back to the car. I got in and turned the key in the ignition and 'let her go' by passenger had just come on the radio, one of my favourite songs. "Look" James said, turning to face me. I was now quite confused. "I think we should make this official" he continued. What official? What was he talking about? "So Laura" he continued, looking down. "will you do me the great honour of becoming my girlfriend?" He finally looked up at me, doing a little half smile, biting his lip. He looked a bit nervous bless. I couldn't help but smile. "Of course I will, Jems" I leant over the hand brake and gear stick as much as I could and he did the same until I felt his soft lips on mine. This kiss was different from the first, it made me feel like I was the only girl in the world.

We finally got home and went through to find Connor, Charlie and Brad asleep. "We tried our best to keep them awake but despite our best attempts it obviously didn't work" Tristan smirked at the 3 asleep. "Well we got the donuts if anyone wants one" I said, putting the packet on the cabinet. "Nah I think I'm gonna head up to bed, coming Luce?" Tristan stood up and held his hand out for her. She just nodded and yawned. "Be safe!" James smirked, giving Tris a taste of his own medicine. I looked over to Ellie to see her slowly drifting off snuggled up to Connor. "Right then" James said, pulling his t shirt over his head to reveal his abs and v line. Shiiiiiit. "Like what you see?" He said walking over to the space on the sofa. I just went red and followed him. "What isn't there to like about you?" I looked up at him as I got myself comfy. He just leaned down and kissed me gently. I pulled away as I yanked the duvet up a bit higher and got more comfy. We lay there in a comfortable silence and I thought about what a crazy day this had been and that's when I got lost in my thoughts and drifted off to sleep.
