Ana's pov

I woke up smiling I was actually pretty excited to be going to work because I knew for one that I'm actually going To have a party!

"Maaaaa I'm riding down to David's he's going to take Katie and I to work"

"Are you sure about this? I'd rather you ride your plastic Board then go with him"

"Mom you're being ridiculous I'll be fine I promise but I gotta go okay"I hug her and ride off ✌️

I ride up to his drive way and see he's not already out the house.

*hmm that's weird * I knock and find him in his pj pants and a tee.

"Uhm David? Are you not going to work today? "

"Yeah I am it's just I slept in a little and my mom didn't wake me up this morning -.- "

"Oh well I'll just wait here and have Katie ride over ? "

"Yeah just give me 10 mins to shower up and stuff ."

"Yeah don't forget to brush because your breath is kicking ."

"Haha funny .... "

*he goes upstairs and I just chill downstairs eat some of his food and stuff haha and walk around*

"Wow these pictures are sooooo old ! What was I thinking before? Pig tails /.- "

"That's what I was thinking why?" He said all serious

"Well looks like you're ready . Let's go?"

"I'll just grab a hot pocket or something real quick though."

"Yeah I grabbed one too haha but I ate it while you were in the shower."

"I'm not surprised you'd always come and eat here before heading home ."

"Yeah but now that we go to different schools there's really no point."

"Yeah. I guess."

*i noticed his mood wasn't the same I just couldn't tell what was going on* I texted Katie to wait a little longer because I wanted to figure out what was going on with him.

We hoped in the car and just sat there .

"David can I drive today? "

"Yeah sure just don't kill us haha"

"Well that's a better mood "

"What do you mean? I'm fine "

As I started to drive off I took a different turn and parked in the parking lot of the local park.

"You know work is the other way? Right?"

"Yeah David I know I just wanted to ask you what's wrong? "

"Nothing really it's just Sophia is coming back and ...."

"Wow -.- she's nothing to worry about she's a thing of the past. Right?"

"Well that's what I thought but she texted me yesterday and she wants to work everything out."

"Well I just hope everything went well over there . What was she doing anyway?"

"Her dance team had stuff over there."

"Well I'm sure everything will fall in to place. I promise."

"Yeah well let's not worry I don't want you to worry because you have some birthday planning to do."

"Right and you just reminded me I have to see something about the dancers !! "

David's thoughts * her smile when she remembered about her dancers is just so cute i shouldn't be worrying about Sophia I could always just say no*
