Chapter 23

After that whole episode with Mikey, I left and started getting ready for the party.

I had Bri come over to help me pick out what to wear. Also do my hair because I’m not that good at curling my own hair. “How about this?” She says holding up a white lace no sleeve. “Nah.” I say shaking my head. “Gosh Meghan, you’re so difficult.” She says to me. I just laugh. “How about this one?” She asks. It was a black lace crop top. I actually kind of liked it. “I like it, and since it’s the last one I guess I’ll have to say yes.” She jokes around, goes on her knees, looks at the ceiling with her hands together, and says “Praise the lord jesus!” She gets up and then whines. “What?” I ask. “Now we have to find shorts for you.” “Oh shush, it won’t take long.”

SHANNONS POV

I finally got out of the shower, and started looking for clothes to wear. Well, it might be cold.. I ended up choosing a pick lace no sleeve, with a black cardigan with some pair of jeans, and sandals. Now time for my hair.. Time to waste about an hour..

After about an hour curling my hair, I applied a light amount of make-up on my face. I check my phone, and I had like 10 unread messages. Most of them from Mikey.  I decided to check the ones from Mikey.

*Hey babe.*

*Are you okay?*

*Why arent you answering? Is everything alright?*

*I’m really worried Shannon please answer me.*

*Shannon…..*

I feel kind of bad for Mikey actually. I don’t want him to be worried.. But ever since I left, he’s been kind of clingy, if that makes any sense. I decide to answer him, so he doesn’t worry.

*Hey, I’m fine, I was just in the shower, then I had to get ready.*

Very soon after, he texts back.

Received: *Okay, good.. I was worried. Where ya going?*

Sent: *To an amusement park with my aunts and cousins. Sorry, but I kind of have to go. I love you Mikey.*

Received: *I love you Shannon.*

I put my phone down and saw a tear fall on the screen of my phone. I didn’t even realize that I was crying. I looked in the mirror, and one of my eyes make-up was completely messed up, which meant that I had to re-do my make-up. Again.

“Shannon!” Whitney called. “Yeah?” “You ready yet?” “Yeah hold on!” I check myself in the mirror once more, before I trot out to the living room. “You look pretty.” Abby says to me. “Thank you.” I smile. 

Whitney grabs money, and we leave her apartment and try to catch a cab to the park. 

“Taxi!” Whitney yells and waves her hand as a yellow cab pulls over, and we all pile in. “Amusement park on 5th ave please.” She tells the taxi driver.

We would be there after 15 minutes, but because traffic was terrible, it took us half an hour to get there.

We all got out, and it took us, about another 10 minutes to actually get in the park. “I’m gonna go take Ella, and Sofia to ride some of the little rides, you two go to the other ones.” Abby tells us. “Alright, have fun!” I yell to them, and Sofia and Ella try to drag her along. “Okay, where do you wanna go first girlie?” Whitney asks me. “Is that I trick question?” I ask raising an eyebrow. “Roller coasters, duh!” I laugh, and we both run to a roller coaster.  

The line was super long, and I’ve been waiting to get on for about more than 15 minutes. That’s when this group bimbos go right in front of us. I remember one of the girls. She was on the plane. I think her name was Autumn? “Autumn, hold on!” I heard a guy voice running behind me. Then I see Dallas run up to her. “It wouldn’t be a problem if you ran faster.” She rudely remarks. I pretend I didn’t see him, and I clear my throat, which catches Autumn and her group of friends attention. “What?” They harshly say to me. “I was kind of in line, and you went in front of me. That’s not really how a line works.” I say back, not harshly though. “I don’t like your attitude.” One of her friends say. “What attitude?” I ask. They don’t answer, but instead Dallas says “Hey Shannon. I didn’t know you’d be here.” smiling. “Hey Dallas.” I say trying to smile. He comes over and hugs me. I see the surprise on all the girls faces. 

He turns towards Autumn, and says “Oh, and by the way, were over. You have to many mood swings, and you are a complete bitch.” She was surprised, but yet, so was I. He turned around and started walking away. She looked at me and said “This is probably your fault.” “Why would it be my fault that you’re a bitch?” I say back. “I am not. But it’s your fault that he broke up with me. He probably left me for you.” “I have a boyfriend already, so that wouldn’t make sense.” “I feel bad for him.” She harshly remarks. “Oh, do you?” I say. She just smirks at me. “You’re a bitch, and I’m done with you. Goodbye.” I turn around to walk away, but someone grabs me by the shoulder and turns me around. I see that it’s one of Autumns friends, and she punched me right in the face. “Ow!” I scream, then punch her in the face twice as hard. 

“Hey!” I turn around and see a police officer. “What’s going on here?” He asks when he finally reaches us. “I was waiting in line, and they cut in front of me, so I said something to them, then something happened with her boyfriend- well now ex-boyfriend- and she thought it was my fault that he broke up with her, and so her friend thought it was a good idea to punch me in the face, so I punched her back.” I explained to him. “Okay, I’m sorry, but all of you are going to have to leave the park.” “Okay.” I say and me and Whitney start walking our of the park. 

“Are you gonna call Abby and tell her that were leaving?” I ask. “Well yeah. We’ll just leave out the park that we got kicked out.”

It's not the longest chapter, but hey. At least i didn't take forever to write it(:

Well anyways, i don't really have anything else to say, but

There will be a sequal, but it wont be until after i finish the other 4 stories i have.
