CHAPTER 2 : UNEXPECTED MEETING

Years passed but most of the people seemed to can't move on from the bloody assassination incidents. No one would ever forget those horrible things that happened before. It was really brutally cruel and tragic.

Many houses were destroyed, dead people were everywhere, foods had been spotted in every corner of the places messily, slaves and some family members were kidnapped and had forever gone since those awful days. 

It was not even for one day, not only two but a whole week. It was a very unfortunate week for everyone.

It had happened 7 years ago yet people somehow still reminisced about those days. Every kingdoms was fulled of awareness thus it made the meetings between kingdoms had been postponed until today. 

Starting from today, each kings from their own kingdoms had agreed to move on and agreed to cut all the lines separating them.

Simple word, peace. They would be together when something like the assassination were going to happen in the future.

This was when all those sweet stories begun. After a long wait, the prince and princess finally met again. It was on the grand and big ceremony that had been held for all the kingdoms to join. All 5 kingdoms.

This ceremony was held at Prince Hyuk's palace as his father, King Jongguk ruled the kingdom which was the strongest and the biggest among the 5. And that was the day where they fell for each other since at that age they probably knew what was the thing that people called love. Most probably true love.

This year, Prince Hyuk was already 19 years old meanwhile Princess Boyoung was 17 years old. These adorable teenagers just met for the second time after had been waiting for those unlucky 7 years.

They never forgot everything like every single thing that had happened when they were just a child playing with everything they could see. Also, they would never ever forgot about the promise they made. That unforgettable promise.

At that ceremony, Prince hyuk looked really attractive with that formal royalty clothes. With his pale skin the dark red colour really made him outstanding and charming. He was not a bulky type but at least he still could be categorized in a muscular type and he was tall too. Sword was placed at his right waist which made him looked more charismatic and stronger.

He somehow represented a handsome warrior. The determination on his face with his dark black eyes showed everyone that he was a prince that nobody couldn't even think of laying a finger on him. The dark costume from his head to toe did really match him. Apart from all that, everyone still knew he was incredibly soft-hearted and always be there when his people needed a helps.

Princesses from all the kingdoms were all seemed drooling and lost when they saw him-well Princess Boyoung was included.

"Poor thing, he's all mine." Princess Boyoung suddenly chuckled. That too much made everyone turned their heads towards her. She felt her cheeks burning and kept her head lower, this was the moment where Prince Hyuk saw her and he just couldn't stop smiling. So we meet again.

"She never changed. Still gorgeous as always. Good thing her face just looks the same, well apart from being prettier." Prince Hyuk said to himself while smiling. Anyone barely could hear that.

Princess Boyoung was really beautiful since she inherited most parts of his father, King Hwajeong.

King Hwajeong was really known as an extremely handsome king when he was young, of course not to forget his wife also one of the prettiest queen too, Queen Sejeong. But Princess Boyoung looked really much like his father, she was also tall for a girl too but not that tall.
