Calum's POV

"Cal, I need you to do something for me."

I turned my head as Luke walked into the dressing room.

"If it's to get you into that club again then no. You can't be sick everywhere then tell everyone your underage and think they'll let us go back." I relied with an eyebrow raised.

"I don't even remember what your talking about." Luke says and I sigh.

"Anyways this has to do with Lola." He continued. "Her and Ashton are getting close but I don't want him to break her heart."

"I don't think he would, this is a different side of Ashton I'm seeing at the moment when he's with Lola. He looks totally in love." He told Luke which caused him to slam his fist down on the table.

"He can't fall in love with Lola! It's impossible! She's my sister and I won't let it happen!" He shouted back at me.

I shrug "You can't control his or her feelings Luke."

Luke runs his hands through his hair and let's out a loud sigh.

"You need to become close with Lola, don't do anything with her but just distract her from Ashton." Luke said whilst sitting down beside me on the couch.

"For how long?" I ask.

"Until either Ashton's gone and wrecked another relationship and Lola can see the heartbreaker he is or Lola finds herself another boy." He replies.

"So I just become friends with her?"

"Yeah but best friends like in heartbreak girl. Except you can't have any feelings for her. I'm gonna try distract Ashton with other girls as well." Luke replies now making his way over to the door.

"Ok." I shrug as Luke leaves the dressing room.

'Luke's gone mad.'

The thought was running round my head at a million miles an hour repeating itself over and over.

In all the years I've know Luke he's never been protective of Lola. If anything he was the opposite.

He'd throw parties and have the 3 of us over when Liz and Andrew weren't home without even telling her, there was one time he even locked her out her room so she had to join the party in her pyjamas as he laughed.

Why now? Something obviously scared him about Ashton going out with her, there must be something Luke knows that I don't...

Lola's POV
Me and Ashton were having a snuggle day just the two of us on the bus before the show tonight. We were currently watching the Lego Movie which all the boys love too much.

"Hey guys." Calum appeared through the door.

"Hi." I replied and Ashton just smiled at him.

"Hey Lola, I was wondering if you wanted to come see something pretty cool?" He asked me.

"What?" Ashton replied before I could.

"It's a surprise and it's only for Lola." He winked at us.

"I guess." I laughed and stood up.

"Don't leave me." Ashton pouted from behind me.

"Don't worry mate it won't be long." Calum reassured him.

"Fine." Ashton rolled his eyes and faked a strop.

"I'll be back soon loser." I called out to Ashton laughing as I walked down the bus with Calum.

"So where are we going?" I asked as Calum and me jumped out of the bus into the car park.

"It's a surprise!" He giggled as he put a blindfold on me. I felt his hands take mine and he led me away.
