Apologies and Jealousy

~Melanie's PoV~

I woke up in Ashley's arms. Quite comforting to be honest. I look at my phone and see missed calls and texts.

Marina 28 missed calls

Liz 17 missed calls

Joshie 48 missed calls

Tyler 37 missed calls

Hayley 12 missed calls

I listen to the voicemails Marina left me.

I know you don't want to talk to me but I just want to say that I love you. I really do. I know I never told you about Lan-Elizabeth but, I was planning on it. But I still want to get married to you. And I am truly sorry love. Please come home.

Tears stream down my eyes. Ashley wakes up and wraps her arms around me.

"You okay?" She says kissing my shoulder.

"Yea." I say turning and resting my head on her shoulder.

"Do you want me to drive you back to your house?" She asks playing with my hair.

"No." I say.

"I mean, you need your stuff. You can just go there, get your stuff, and come back. You don't have to talk to Marina." She says lifting my chin.

"Only if you come with me."

"Okay I will." She says kissing my nose.

So I get up and put on the jeans I had yesterday and kept Ashley'a shirt on. I looked like a mess but, whatever.

Ashley makes me some coffee before we head out to my house.

We get into the car and she turns to me.

"You can stay at my place for as long as you want." She says.

"Thank you." I say smiling at her.

She drives to my house and parks I'm the driveway. Liz's car is gone. But Marinas car is there.

"Ready?" Ashley says grabbing my hand. I slowly nod.

We got up to the front to and i get the spare key under the welcome mat.

I open the door and walk in. I get to the bedroom and see Marina sitting in the bed rubbing her temples.

She looks up and sees my hands locked with Ashley and glares at her.

"Melanie-"

"She doesn't want to talk to you. We're just here to get her stuff." Ashley says cutting her off.

Marina scowls at Ashley.

If looks could kill.

"She's me fiancée."

"EX- fiancée. Which means your time has Expired now exit her life." Ashley says crossing her arms.

I grab a bag and start putting things in it.

I look over and Marinas face is red.

She's pissed.

I go into the bathroom and grab my things.

"Okay I'm ready." I say to Ashley.

"Okay whatever. Elizabeth was better anyways." Marina snaps.

My face falls.
