Ty's POV

It's been almost 2 weeks since I went for my job interview and they haven't called me back or contacted me at all. I'm starting to think I didn't get the job. I was really worried because looking back at how I did in the interview, I don't think I went to well at all. I was all nervous and I kept stuttering. I was trying to think of smart and clever answers to their questions but I coudn't get anything out. They probably weren't going to hire me...

I sighed, this was all I had been thinking about for the past 2 weeks. I had been stressing over whether I would get the job or not. I figured I needed something to get my mind off it. I decided to text Lisa and ask her if I could go over for dinner.

T- Hey Lisa, wanna hang? I'm borreedddd! Can I come overr for dinnerrrr or somethinggg?

I stretched out the words and added extra letters to the end to show how bored I actually was. In a few minutes I got a reply.

L- Yeah, sure! Come on over! I'll be waittingg for youuu!!

I laughed at how she had added extra letters to her words as well. I looked over at the time. It was only 3. It was wayyy to early to go for dinner. I mean who eats dinner at 3?!

I decided to go upstairs to my room and just chill. I really had no other idea of what to do. I got upstairs and I plonked down on my bed. I looked around my room and saw the bag of souveneris from my trip.

Opps, that was from ages ago. I should've given it to them ages ago. I guess I forgot. Then I realised tonight would be a perfect time to give them their gifts. I mean, I was going over to their house so I could bring the gifts over. I decided to take them out and sort out what I was giving to each person. Lisa had the most gifts, naturally.

After I had arranged all the gifts I found another small box in the bag. I took it out and opened it. It was a necklace I had bought for Lisa on my trip. I couldn't believe I had forgotten all about this! It cost me $60!! That was one expensive necklace, but it was worth every penny for Lisa.

I decided that I wouldn't give her that one tonight. I put it away on my shelf. I would save that for another special time.

Eventually it was time to head over to Lisa'a. I got dressed and put on deoderant then I left the house.

I started walking over to Lisa's house with all the presents held in bags under my arms.  I tried to position them carefully so that they wouldn't fall. Eventually I gave up and decided to take to them back to the house. There were just TOO many for me to carry. I decided to only bring the small gifts this time and leave the big ones for another time.

It was much easier this way. I could fit the little knick knacks in my pockets and I barely had to carry anything except for a few of Lisa's gifts.

I finally got to the street where her house was on. I walked down to her house and I saw a red sports car parked outside their house. I wonder what that was doing here. None of them owned a car. They all shared the same family van. I wondered who else would be here for them. Lisa didn't mention anybody else would be here. I finally decided that it was probably for another house, but when I got nearer to it I could see someone in the passenger seat. She looked awfully familiar even from afar. I got closer and closer and realised it was Lisa. What was she doing? She couldn't have made other plans. She knew I was coming over. I finally reached the car and before I could walk up to it and ask her what she was doing, it drove off. I was confused. What had just happened? Did Lisa just blow me off?

I walked up the driveway and knocked on the door. It opened and I saw Christina standing there.

"Oh, hey Ty." she said giving me a smile. "Come on in."
