Ty's POV
"Are you sure about this?" I asked Lisa skeptically
"Yeah of course I am! I really want you guys to be friends. You both mean a lot to me so I'd really like it if you agreed to this Ty.." I heard Lisa say through the phone.
"Ok.. but it's just... I don't really know. What if he doesn't like me? What if we just don't get along?" I asked her.
"Don't worry. You will. I'll make sure of it!" there was a pause before she began talking again. "I gotta go Ty, but be ready in about an hour! Bye" she said before she hung up.
I was really worried about this. I mean, I didn't know how this would go. Lisa wanted to have a day out with me and Matt. I was kind of reluctant but eventually I had to agree with Lisa. I just couldn't say no to her. She was my weakness.
Your lips my biggest weakness, shouldn't have let you know. I'm always gonna do what they say. When you need me, I'll come running from a thousand miles away. When you smile, I smile.
This was what I was feeling at the moment. I could never say no to Lisa. But that wasn't a bad thing, it's not like she's ever going to ask me to do something totally inappropiate. They're mainly favours. But I didn't care. I loved her. And like Justin said, "When you smile, I smile"
Lisa was my whole world to me and her smile could brighten up even the darkest parts of my life. And the bright parts, well they just got a whole lot brighter.
But I was still nervous about Matt. I'd never fully met him. I only saw him briefly on the beach that one time and we didn't even talk. I didn't know how this day would go. But if Lisa wanted her two friends to be friends, then I would try my hardest to be friends with this guy. And if this guy was a good friend to Lisa, he would try too.
Lisa's POV
"Yeah ok.. I give in. I'll come today." Matt told me over the phone.
I sighed in relief. I was glad this was finally coming together.
I had organised for me, Matt and Ty to all hang out together today. This way, they could get to know each other and get to be friends. Well, at least I hoped they would be friends.
"Ok good! I promise you, you will not regret it!!" I told him back
"Yeah, I know I believe you. Well bye, see you in around 45 minutes" He told me before he hung up.
Ok, so I had both guys coming, which was a start, but now I had to figure out where we were going and what we would be doing.
I know. That was dumb. I probably should've planned something for us to do before I decided to call them over.
So what would we do?
Go out for pizza? Nah, too boring and there's nothing for us to do, just eat.
Go for a movie? I felt for some reason that this probably wouldn't be the greatest idea, just because it's normally couples that go to movies.
Go shopping? I'd like that, but what about Matt and Ty? I don't think they'd like to get to know each other over shopping.
I thought for while, thinking of as many possible ideas as I could when finally I got the perfect idea.
Ice Skating! We could all go ice skating together! That would be a load of fun. And then maybe after that we could get that pizza.
I commended myself for thinking of that idea and decided to text the guys to tell them, just in case they weren't going to be prepared.
L- Hey guys, just to let you know we're going ice skating! ahha (:
