"J-Jc?" You stutter but you're happy to be able to talk again, you felt like you almost had slipped away through the night. "Babygirl!" He gently wraps his arms around you and you feel his tears roll down your arm,"I thought I had lost you, I was so scared I was never going to be able to talk to you again..I thought I ruined everything." You gesture for him to come closer and you press your lips against his,"You didn't ruin anything. It wasn't your fault." "But it was, I should've been paying attention to the road an-" You press your finger up to his lips,"Hush. I'm okay, everything's okay. Please don't blame yourself." You remove your finger and Jc nods, his curly hair bounces as he does so. "I love you," he looks deeply into your eyes,"And I'm so glad I get to see those beautiful eyes of yours again, I could just look into them all day." You blush,"I love you too, but calm down a little you sound like you're straight out of a Shakespeare play." Both of you laugh and you feel the room get happier. "You always know how to make me laugh." "Yeah, I love your laugh," you place your hand in his,"But Jc we missed the dance." Jc brings your hand up and kisses it, "Don't worry gorgeous, I have a plan." You smile at him,"I'm gorgeous even with all these wires and bruises?" "Baby you'll always be gorgeous to me. It doesn't matter if you're all dressed up or all bummed out, which I like that, but I'll always see you as gorgeous," he kisses your cheek and gets close to your ear," I'll always see you as mine too, because I never want to lose you." You pull his face close to yours, close enough that your noses are touching,"You'll never lose me." You break through those few inches separating you two and press his soft lips against yours. You pull away to see Jc's red face,"You know I could get used to this." You laugh,"Maybe you can get used to some other stuff too." "Oooo." You wink at him and then laugh. The doctor walks in with a few pieces of paper,"Okay (y/n) later tonight you'll be free to go. Please read through the these, it's about your prescriptions." "Thank you." The doctor smiles at you,"It's no problem I'm just glad you're okay, Jc was very worried about you." She leaves and Jc looks up at you,"I thought I was going to lose my everything."
