Chapter 7

*2 months later*
"Jc are you sure this dress looks okay?" You look at yourself in the mirror self consciously. "Baby you look stunning," he comes behind you and wraps his arms around your waist,"Everyone's going to be jealous that you're my date." You smile,"How'd I get someone as caring as Jc? Anytime I'm feeling down he just seems to know and makes it all better." You turn around and kiss him,"Well I better take this off so we can pay for it and head to the dance." "Okay I'll be waiting out here." You come out not too long after and Jc takes the dress from you and goes to pay for it. He smiles and hands you the bag,"I have the hottest date." You both drive home but anytime you look over at him, you can see his worry,"He still blames himself for what happened." You arrive at your house and quickly get out so you can get ready. "Whoa cheetah." You laugh, Jc's always teasing you. You take off your clothes and you're about to slip into your dress when you hear a whistle,"Damn (y/n)." You stand up and turn around, blushing,"Oh hey Jc." He comes closer to you and kisses you deeply,"You are perfect." "We have to get ready Jc." He pouts and kisses roughly on your neck, "Do we really." "You've wanted me to go with you to a dance since forever." He groans,"Okay fine, I'll go get ready." You smile, "He's so cute but really hot." You finish your makeup and your hair so you're ready to go. You walk downstairs to see if Jc is done,"You look gorgeous (y/n)." You look over to see him in a suit all fancied up, "You look really handsome." A smile spreads across his face and he looks down with his cheeks turning red. "May I?," He holds out his hand and walks you to his car. When Jc gets in the car you kiss him gently, "This is going to be a great night." He smiles.
*It's later in the night and you've been at the dance for an hour*
-Jc's POV-
I have the prettiest girl I know right in front of me, she has her hands around the back of my neck and I have mine on her waist. "Thank you for bringing me here, it's been really amazing so far," she looks up at me with the most beautiful smile. "I'd do anything to make you happy." The song changes to a slower song so we get closer. "Hey (y/n), do you want me to get you some punch?" "Yes please." I let go of her slowly and kiss her cheek before walking to get her punch. "I see you've gotten yourself a pretty girl," I hear someone say behind me,"Too bad she could never replace me." I turn my head and see Lia."Please just leave me alone," I grab the punch and start walking back to (y/n) but she steps in front of me. "Oo am I not good enough for you anymore?" "I love her now and you can't change it, so just go." Lia smiles at me and I give her a weird look. "Well if I can't change your mind, maybe I should change hers." "Wha-" She grabs the back of my head so quickly and kisses me. I shove her back, "Lia what the fuck?" Lia is smiling at me and she points. I look to where she's pointing and I see (y/n) with tears in her eyes and she starts walking for the exit. "(Y/n) wait!"
