“Sir, please move your feet up. We need to get you in and get you treated” the nurse told him.
He abruptly got off his wheelchair, “Not until she says yes” he struggled with his words.
“No! Y-you’re crazy. Please, don’t do this. Please do us all a favor and get back in your wheelchair” I pleaded. Should I have taken this man to the mental asylum?
“Not until you say yes…” he insisted. He suddenly fell down the floor due to weakness in a loud thump.
“Oh my god!” I shrieked with the rest of the staff. The nurses hurried and grabbed him up “Sir, we really need to get you in whether you like it or not.” They all held him.
He stubbornly writhed against their grips, “No… Not… not until she says yes” his tone became more struggled and his breathing hitched
“Miss, just say yes” one of the nurses pleaded to me.
“ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT! FINE. I’LL GO ON A DATE WITH YOU! Just save yourself damn it!”
“Great... I’ll see you in a few days then” he smiled faintly as he let himself be carried back to the wheelchair. As it rolled further in the hospital he suddenly yelled, “Wait”
“Oh my god, What now?” my shoulders slumped.
“Leave your name and contact number first”
