Complicated

It's been two days since I left Wayne Manor. I haven't gone back to Mount Justice either, I was practically off the grids for everyone. I knew that they would have Zatanna do a Locater Spell, so I didn't stay long everywhere I went.

I was now flying around Metropolis, just thinking about everything that happened.

'Maybe I can stay with Lex..' I thought. 'No point in going back to Dick, he didn't care, he was just using me. You can't trust a son of a playboy.' Finally deciding, I flew towards Lex Corp.

I landed on the Heli Strip(Is that what it's called?) and started walking towards the elevator. After a while the doors opened and I walked in. I pressed the button to Lex's office.

The doors opened and I walked out heading to the desk of Lex's assistant.

"Hello, Mercy. Is Lex in, right now?"

She was boredly typing away on her computer. Not taking a single glance at me.

"Yes. He's in there. I'll let him know." She pressed a button on her desk phone.

"Mr. Luthor. (Y/N) is here to see you."

"Let her in." Lex said through the phone.

I thanked Mercy and walked in. As I walked in, I saw Lex leaning in his big office chair.

"Ah, look who it is. Now, what's the reason for your visit?" He asked sitting up.

"My boyfriend kissed another girl, not even having a second thought. He immediately kissed back." I huffed sitting on one of his chairs in front of his desk.

"Oh, you poor thing." It sounded like he didn't care, but he did.

"Yeah. But it's whatever. I shouldn't have fallen so easily." I grabbed a mint candy and unwrapped it, tossing it in my mouth.

"How do you feel?" He asked grabbing one for himself.

I shrugged. "Nothing really. Kinda numb."

Lex nodded understandingly. I sighed and continued to suck on the candy.(Don't think dirty.)

Time Skip

I was walking around Metropolis, since Lex had a meeting. I looked around, taking in the scenery. I haven't really been in Metropolis a lot. This place was really nice, the buildings were modern-like.

I continued to walk around, frequently bumping into pedestrians. I didn't apologize though. I turned down a street, which was fairly empty.

Not paying attention to where I was going, I bumped into someone. I tried to walk around them, when I noticed the red cape and him grabbing my arm.

'Great, Superman.' I mentally groaned.

"(Y/N)." His strong voice traveled through my ears.

"Clark." I growled.

"We've been looking for you." He said, planting a hand on my shoulder. His voice was sincere.

"Well, I don't want to be found by any of you." I shrugged off his hand and walked around him.

"Why are you acting like this? What happened to you?" He asked blocking my way.

"Robin." I simply said and flew off.

Superman's P.O.V

I watched as (Y/N) flew off, I knew there was no point in chasing after her. There were some explaining to do.

"Batman. Come in." I called through the earpiece.

"Batman, here. What's your report?" Batman asked.

"I found her, but she flew off." I informed.

"Did you go after her?"

"No. I believe it's better if we ask a little bird of yours."

"Will do."

Time Skip

Dick's P.O.V

I was sitting in my room, looking at the picture frame. That's all I've been doing for the past two days.

A knock on my door took me from my thoughts.

"Come in." I said softly. Bruce walked in.

"I wanna ask you some questions. Okay?" He sat on my bed next to me. I simply nodded.

"What happened between you and (Y/N)?"

"I-I.. It's complicated." I lied. It wasn't complicated, I knew what was wrong and it was my fault.

"I know you're lying." He looked down at me.

"I kissed Barbara. I mean she kissed first, but I..kissed back." I looked down shamefully.

"That was a dick move, Dick." He said. I chuckled lightly and looked up at him. His eyebrows scrunched more.

"I'm serious. She cared for you and you threw her away. I understand living a life as the son of a Rich Playboy has it's kind of influence, but when you have something or someone like no other, you have to keep them." He walked out after saying that.

I laid back, staring at my ceiling.

'I just couldn't help it, I don't know why. I guess, I'm the complicated one.'

I know it's short. It was on purpose..and a little bit of Writer's Block. Mostly because I'm stressed from babysitting.
