A changed life (a mindless behavior love story)

I have nothing happy here no friends no family except my brother. I want a change in our lives. I'm a Talented kid but we can't do anything about it. before out mom died she said "I left something for you" and the she just left. we've been trying to find is for 4 years now. my birthday is tomorrow, and my brother has something special planned.

David: Kennedy wake up!!

I still lay heavily asleep. when David walks in my room and jumps on me. I feel it but still try to sleep. He begins to punch me in my arm. So I wake up.

Me: Whyyyyyy????!?!?!! that hurt!!!!!!! you weirdo of a brother!!! get off me!!!

I push him off of me and he falls to the floor. He just gets up like that never happend.

David: you have guests..

Me: who?

David: can't tell they said not to..

I get out of bed and walk to the bathroom. I take a shower it lasts for about 20 minutes and start to get dressed. when I finish I walk to the bathroom again to look at myself in the mirror. I put my braids in a ponytail. I walk down stairs. I look it them. its Mindless Behavior.

Prod: is she as pretty as you say?

David: she's pretty but she ugly

roc: oh really now?

David: yep

Princeton walks over to me and pokes my forehead. I stare at him like he's crazy. he just laughs.

Me: why did you just poke me?

Princeton: no reason. Are you David's sister?

Me: Yea I am.

Princeton: and is your name Kennedy?

Me: yes

Princeton turns around to them and announces I'm here. he steps out of my way as they all turn around. My eyes glue directly to roc royal but he pays me no mind. Then I look at the rest of then. Prodigy looks at me with a slight smile. he walks over to me.

Prod: we heard you could sing. Mind demonstrating?

I look down with no reply. prodigy steps a little closer and he whispers in my ear.

prod: if you mess up its okay..

I look up at him and nod, as I begin to sing.

Me: I got a clue how you feel for me. 1,4,3 a smilie wit a wink. that's you you feel baby that's what's up. 140 characters is moree then enough

they clap and smile. the door opens and I look to see who it is. and its my dad

dad: why the fuck are all these boys in my fucking house?

he walks over to me and grabs my arm tightly. I groan in pain.

David: get off of her!

David an the boys try to get him off of me, but is doesnt work. He drags me to the basement and drops me on the floor. and begins to punch me as hard as he could. and then he takes his belt off and beats me. I scream in pain. he stops and just leaves me there crying. the boys run down the stairs. david doesn't come near me neither does roc. David walks up the stairs to our dad. prodigy hugs me. we here a loud Bang. He hugs me tighter.

prod: what was that?

ray: I don't know.

Prince: it sounded like a gun.

I get out of prodigys grasp an run up the stairs. David lays on the floor. the boys cone up stairs and gets me out of the house as quickly as they can. I sit next to prodigy and he wraps his arms around me, and kisses my cheek. I look at roc. after a couple minutes we get to a house.

me: who lives here?

prod: me and prince.

me: oh.

prod: do you think you could live here?

me: um...

roc: she could live with me and ray instead.

me: um..

roc: okay then

I smile.

me: how did you know what I was going to say?

roc: I just did..

prodigy and Princeton get out if the bus an walk to their house. an we stay on and goes to roc and ray house. I look at roc as he looks out to window. I sit next to him as we pull up to their house. he stands up.

roc: come on.

me: okay..

ray: c'mone lez gooo!

we get out if the bus and walk to the house. ray unlocks the door and we walk inside. I look around.

roc: you've never seen a house before?

me: I have but just not yours.

ray: is it good enough for ya?

me: yes

I walk over to roc and poke his forehead.

roc: fuck you poke me for?

me: 'cause I felt like it

roc: whatever

ray: why are yall always fighting?

roc: 'cause she a weirdo

me: I know I'm a weirdo

roc picks me up.

me: roc put me down!

roc looks at me and then a frown appears in his face and he puts me down.
