Amelia, Where Are You?

He and the rest of the band just got back from the radio station. The station had scheduled a small listening party of about 20 people, which meant they had to do a two hour mini concert. During the concert, the audience was allowed to ask questions between songs. Some of the questions were really strange and extremely personal. None of them wanted to answer them so they kind of beat around the bush during those times.

When they were singing they noticed the girls in the front row batting their eyelashes at them. It took all of their might not to laugh.

Girls that come to their shows think they can just flirt with the guys and get them to date, and sometimes even fuck. All of the guys are way too intelligent for that. They know a groupie when they see one and they are not the least bit attracted to that type of behavior.

Besides, all of them are taken so no other girl stands a chance. They made that very clear when the question was asked about their girlfriends. What they wouldn't do is give names or where they met because it is really no one's business.

Girlfriends? That is something none of them thought they would say, and it actually being true. Although Grayson considered Amelia to be more than just a girlfriend because she is a woman, so he just refers to her as his lady.

The first of them to really admit one of the girls was indeed his girlfriend was Neville. He flat out said Emma was his and no one better say a thing about it. The rest of the guys just kind of laughed at his attempt to be authoritative.

After that the rest of them started to refer to the girls as theirs and no one else's. Grayson couldn't really say anything because he is the one who started all of it with his relationship with Amelia. Now they are all in love and it is just sad. Those girls have them crawling on their knees for them and there is not a damn thing any of them can do about it.

It caught Grayson off guard when he heard a couple of the guys started being intimate with the girls. The first was Remy with Tabby. Remy said it felt like it was meant to be. He said it kind of hurt her in the beginning, but after a few minutes she got used to him being inside of her.

Alistair said the same thing about Phoebe. When they were together it felt like he was finally whole for the first time in his life. It was kind of sweet.

Neville and Zach haven't taken that step just yet. Grayson knows Zach just wants to make sure the time is right. Neville is always cautious, so he will no doubt take his time.

Grayson thought Amelia was going to try and kill the guys, but surprisingly she was calmer than he thought. She said the girls had spoken to her about everything a couple of weeks ago. When they stopped for their show in Phoenix, she took them to the clinic to get birth control. That definitely surprised him. She said she told them she was not condoning it, but rather just wants them to be safe. It was understandable, just surprising as well.

He never told her about the conversation he had with Zach that night at the bowling alley. It wasn't his place. He wanted to make sure he kept Zach's feelings. Besides, he knew Daysha was going to tell her mother anyway. They keep nothing from each other, which Amelia says is a blessing and a curse.

The other girls don't keep anything from Amelia either. It's the reason why they are all so close, like one big family. Amelia is their guardian and is responsible for their wellbeing even if it is something she would rather not deal with. The girls having sex was definitely something Amelia didn't want to deal with.

Things used to be that way with the guys and Titus, but not anymore. He hardly even speaks to them, especially if it is not band related. Grayson still can't understand it. Why that man was upset was baffling.
