This could be the start of something new, It feels so right to be here with you...

'Fifteen minutes, just fifteen more minutes and you're out of this deadly contraption.' I tell myself over and over again. The trip to New York hasn't been the best flight ever. I've had two panic attacks and puked three times, I even tripped over someones luggage at one point and face planted onto the floor. Lets just say the air Hostess wasn't so happy when I accidently poured the drink she was serving to a man  all over herself when I tripped.

I grip onto the arm rest, repeating 10 mintutes over and over again, until I'm rudely interupted by Eva. It wasn't until she gave me a dirty look I realised that I actually grabbed onto her hand and was gripping onto it a little too hard. Muttering a quick apology I went back to chanting 8 more minutes. Finally one of the air hostess announces that the plane was landing. I breathe a sigh of relief and I would've been jumping up and down if I wasn't convinced that I would die if I stood up. As soon as the plane landed and we were allowed to leave, I grabbed my satchel and rushed out of the plane but obviously grabbing the free chocolate they were handing out to all the passengers. I migh be sick of this plane but I can never give up free chocolate.

Once my family was out of plane, We quickly collected all of our luggage and headed out of the airport where Aunt Theresa and Uncle Jim was waiting for us. When they heard we were moving to New York, Aunt Theresa offered to help us drop our luggage to our new house. We loaded our luggage into both cars and set off. There was a lot of traffic in New york, worse than London's but I didn't mind. It meant that I had time to look at New York. When I was younger my dad always told me how beautiful New York looked in the evening. He was definately right about that. There aren't really any words other than breathtaking to describe the view. The bright vibrant lights illuminates the sky, and different types of people walked down pavements; Some people were rushing home to where their families were waiting for them, some people were looking for an escape out of there life, and others were walking down ready to have fun and living their lifes. Then there were that odd number of people who were looking for somewhere to go, somewhere where they belong. It is known as the city that never sleeps and now I understand why.

Soon later we arrive to a row of houses that looked similar but something about each house stod out making it unique. Aunt Theresa parks in front of a empty house that I'm guessing is our new house. Eva and Layla are bouncing with excitement when the thought hit me. I need to pick the best room. I think Eva, Layla and Jack realised this at the exact same time because it suddenly became a bloodbath of who would get the best room first. We all raced out the car and into the house where men were moving furniture inside. Luckily for me, I was the fastest out of all of us, so I was in the lead with Layla close behind me. I ran to the room at the end and stopped. The room wasn't in the best state, the old owners must of also had children because they drew all over the wall with sharpie and there was multiple stains on the carpet. I turned outside to find that Eva and Layla already chose their room.

'Ha Nerds, I've got the biggest room!' Layla exclaimed  happily.

'Well I've got a walk-in closet!' Eva says and then they start to bicker about who's rooms better.

'Hey,I think you should  swap rooms, because Its obvious that Layla should have the walk-in closet because she has the most clothes and it allows her to organise them, then Eva can have the largest room so she can have space for her art equipment.' I annouce.

Thye agree to swap rooms and start to squeal about their new rooms. I walk into my new room and  mentally start to plan how I'm going to give this room a makeover. An hour later when I finally know what I'm going to do with my room someone gently knocks on the door.

'Hey Kat how's your room going, You haven't even came dowstairs to collect your st...' Eva stops talking as she looks up aat my room.

'Wow, what happened in here, I feel so sorry that this is your room, how are you ok with this room.' She asks all in one breath.
