Hey guys! So, this is the last chapter. School's started again and I have to worry about my classes so I don't want anything to distract me. Junior year, they just bombard students with homework and it's getting really stressing. I really hope you guys liked this fanfic. I love writing it. Sometimes I'd stay up till 2 A.M. because I got so excited about writing a new chapter. Thank you so much for all the comments and votes! It feels amazing reading those comments and knowing that you like the story.
The week goes by in a flash. We arrive in camp Half-Blood. When we arrive everyone's doing their own thing, not like the camp Jupiter party. Well, I guess one month isn't really that long of a time since we've been on quests a lot longer. Nevertheless, it feels amazing to be back.
It's a lot colder here than it is in camp Jupiter. There's already a lot of snow on the ground. After meeting with Chiron, we're given the day off from any camp activities.
Jason and I walk to his cabin. As usual it's as clean as it can be. Jason sits on the bed while I lay my tired head on the pillows. I close my eyes. Jason lays down besides me. I snuggle up against him.
After ten more minutes, I quickly get up. Jason jumps.
"Pipes? Where are you going?"
"Let's go get some hot chocolate."
"Now?"
"Yeah, why not?"
Jason gets up too and starts putting his coat on. I grab mine and we start heading out.
The inside of the bakery smells of freshly baked bread and cookies. My stomach starts grumbling.
Jason and I get a plate of chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate.
I finish the first one in a second. Jason takes his time.
"Piper?" Jason says. His tone stops me. It sound like the kind of tone a guy uses when he wants to break up with his girlfriend.
"Yeah...?" I say, kind of scared.
"I know we're only seventeen, but we know there's no chance we'll ever break up. And...well..." He gets something out of his pocket.
It's a small red box. Jason opens it. It had a silver promise ring with a turquoise jewel.
I feel warmth flooding through my body.
"Jason, you didn't have to--"
"I wanted to, Pipes. 'Cause I love you."
I go over to him and kiss him. "I love you, too."
We walk to the big house in the snow, hand in hand.
And I know that whatever happens, I'll have Jason with me.
Hope you enjoyed that!!!
