Chapter 5. Best Friend: lunch

Nagisa's pov

They told her. I know it. I decided to stop hunting Koro Sensei and talk to Y/N. I climbed the tree to get to her. "Hey! Nagisa, what are you doing?" Karma said. I ignored him and kept climbing. "Nagisa! Cm'on, we have a mission to do!" I sat next to Y/N. "They told you didn't they?" I asked. Y/N looked at me. She nodded and put her head back down. I saw the tear streaks and knew she was crying. I turned to see Karma next to me. "Hey Nagisa." "AH!" I almost fell off the tree, but Y/N saved me by holding her tentacle out to block me. "Are you okay Nagisa?" She said, in a worried voice. "Y-yeah..." I felt my face heat up. But just a little. Wait. No. Am I? I think I might be crushing on Y/N. But we just met. And she's Koro Sensei's daughter! So many thoughts ran through my head. "Nagisa? Nagisa??? You there? Why are you staring at me like that? Cm'on stop it's not funny." I quickly snapped out of it. Y/N was literally was 5 inches away from my face. My face was hotter then ever. "Y-Y/N? C-can you b-back away a little bit..."

Y/N'S pov

I tried to get Nagisa out of his head. He was just staring at me. I got close to his face and looked in his eyes. "Nagisa? Nagisa??? You there? Why are you staring at me like that? Cm'on stop it's not funny."
He blinked and noticed me. "Y-Y/N? C-can you b-back away a little bit..." he was red as an apple. "Oh sorry! I was just checking if you were alright." I smiled at Nagisa, and glared at Karma. Karma gave me the 'what did I do?' face. "You guys should get back to your mission to 'kill my dad'. I'll just wait until lunch for you guys..." I gave a sad look and flew higher in the tree. "Hey. Where do you think your going?" Karma said. I turned to him and Nagisa. "Up here." I turned and flew up. Then I felt a tug on my tentacle. "Huh?" I saw Nagisa smile and Karma smirking. "Cm'on. We wanna help you through this." Karma said. I smiled and landed next to him.

As we were talking I saw dad behind the boys. I stared at him and the boys turned. As soon as I could react, dad was hugging me tighter than ever. "I'M SORRY! I SHOULD HAVE TOLD YOU! I JUST DIDN'T WHAT TO WORRY YOU, PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR NOT TELLING YOU! I'M SORRY!!!" Dad cried in my shoulder. "It's okay dad, I've gotten over it. Please don't cry." I embraced him back and smiled slightly. The boys smiled at me and I gave them a thumbs up. Finally, dad let go. "It's lunch time! Here you go hunny! And for you two..." dad faced Karma and Nagisa. "Thank you for helping Y/N through her problem!" With that he was already at the campus. I finally got up and looked up at the boys. I hugged them and they hugged back.

Nagisa, Karma, dad and I sat next to each other for lunch. I had (insert amazing lunch here). Karma and Nagisa stared at my lunch. "What?" Dad's face turned yellow and green. "UFufu! You like it? It is made with (insert amazing ingredients here)!"
"You made that Koro Sensei?" They said at the same time. I just stared at them like 'what the hell is going on'. "Why yes I did!" As they talked I at my father's delicious dish and laid down in the grass outside. (We we're all outside) I saw a girl in my face with green hair and orangeish yellow eyes. "Hi! I'm Kayano! It's nice to meet you Y/N!" She held a hand out. I sat up and shook her hand with a tentacle. "You too Kayano!" We chatted while the boys were chatting with dad. Man, how good it is to have friends!
