Our New Life: Sequel To "On The Run"

Chapter 2

Kelsea p.o.v.

I woke up around 5:15 to make Das some breakfast for his first day at work.
I got out of bed slowly, careful not to wake him up and went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I checked on Jr and he was sleeping, Thankfully.
I went to the kitchen and began cooking pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and Cinnamon rolls.
Das alarm should go off at 6 because he has to be there at 7. I set the table and got everything ready.

Das p.o.v.

I woke up to my alarm and the smell of food. I got up and brushed my teeth and went into the kitchen and saw my baby in fridge getting something and a whole bunch of food on the table.
I went behind her and hugged her and kissed her cheek.
"Thank you baby" I said.
"You're welcome babe. Now go eat while its hot." You don't have to tell me twice. I went to the table and began eating everything in sight. Kelsea left and got Jr out his crib because he was crying again.
She brought him out and I just stared at them.
"What" kelsea said while smiling. I walked over to them and kissed them both on the head.
"I'm just blessed, that's all" I told her. She began blushing and put Jr in his play pen. I fed the dogs and went to go shower and to my surprise Kelsea had the watering already running for me so it'd be nice and hot.
When I was finished I got out and dried off and went to our bed to see she already put my uniform out. I got dressed and walked out and saw Kelsea sitting on the couch feeding Jr. I went over and kissed kelsea's lips and Jr's head.
"I'll be back by 5 and I'll take care of Jr when I get home. You need to get some rest" I told her. She nodded her head. I walked out the door checking it was locked. I then went down the stairs and to my car.
I headed off to work, it was about a 15 minute drive. I parked and sat there for a minute. Okay its time and got out and went to work.

Kelsea p.o.v

Its now 3 and Jr has been driving me crazy. Along with the dogs. He's crying they're barking. I got up and put some leggings, a shirt, and a jacket and shoes.
I got the stroller and put Jr in it. Put the leashes on the dogs and we all went for a walk. I hoped they all shut up. We walked down to a nearby park and let the dogs off the leash and let them play.
Jr was finally napping. I just sat there and tried to relax. Until I opened my eyes and saw the same man I saw yesterday looking at jr.
"Umm excuse me what are you doing?" I asked standing up.
"Your son is cute ma. So how about that date?" He said. I rolled my eyes and got the dogs and pushed the stroller back towards home. He followed me the whole way. The dogs kept turning around growling when he got too close. I finally turned around.
"Look stop following us. What do you want?!? Just leave me alone okay. I said no. NO MEANS NO" I yelled. "Baby what's going on" I heard Das call for me. I looked behind me and saw him walking toward us. He pulled me into him.
"Do we have a problem here? The lady said no and to leave." Das said sternly starring him down. The guy just looked mad and walked off. Das got jr inside and I got the dogs inside. He put jr in his crib and found me in our room. He picked me up and put down on the bed.
"You okay? Who was that?" He asked. "I'm fine. Just shaken up a bit. And idk same guy from yesterday" I said. He nodded his head and sighed.
He smiled at me and took my hand in his and took me to the bathroom. He stripped my clothes off and turned on the shower then took his off.
We got in and he washed my body then his. We got out and he dries me off and put me on the bed. He put his shorts on then gave me one of his t-shirts and put it on me.
"Take a nap love, I know you're tired" he told me. I laid down and he put the blanket over me and rubbed my back. Jr started crying and I went to get up and Das pushed me back down.
"No you rest, I got him" he said. I soon fell asleep.

Das p.o.v

I fed and changed and burped jr. now he's in the play pen looking around and kicking his legs and moving his arms around. I knew who that man was though.
He's Selena's step brother. I wonder if he's after us now because I killed her. I have to find out and protect my family.
I put jr in his crib and went to the kitchen and got some leftover chicken parm from earlier in the week. After I was done eating I made chicken noodle soup for kelsea.
She looks sick but I think its just from lack of sleep and going over board on everything with taking care of me and jr.
I brought a bowl to her and she was just waking up. I gave her the bowl and a spoon.
"Thanks baby" she said.
"Now you eat all of that and go back to sleep after, you understand princess?" I said.
She nodded her head "yes daddy" she said. I kissed her head and waited for her to finish. After she was done I took her bowl in the kitchen and washed it.
I went back in the bedroom and got into bed. I pulled Kelsea close to me and snuggled my face in the back of her neck and wrapped my arms around her. She took my hand in hers and we quickly went to sleep.
