Our New Life: Sequel To "On The Run"

chapter 8

Kelsea p.o.v.

I got up feeling refreshed and went to the bathroom.  I brushed my teeth and just smiled at myself in the mirror.  Das came in and hugged me and kissed my nose. 
"Morning baby" he said. I kissed his lips slowly and softly with my arms wrapped around his neck and my leg up and around him.
I bit his lip softly and said "good morning daddy". He let out a moan and smiled.
"I see you're happy. But better watch biting my lip and calling me that little girl " he said. I giggled and went to the kitchen. I got some orange juice and eggs babe made.  Das came out and sat at the table in the seat next to me.
"I need to talk to you about something" he said. I hate when people say that. I always think the worst. I turned and faced him and waited for him to continue.
" i have to go away on business for a little. I need to find this guy. And im going to take care of him. I need you to stay here and hold it down and take care of our son sweetheart" he said. I gathered my overwhelming  thoughts. I understand why but doesnt mean i have to like it.
"When do you leave?" I asked with my head down. He took my hand in his
"as soon as i find out his location that im working on getting as we speak" he told me. I nodded my head and got up and put my dishes in the sink. I walked past him and into Jr's room  and picked him up and began crying.
Das came in the room and hugged the both of us.
"It'll be okay baby. Ill be fine, i promise" he said to me. He kissed me then jr and rubbed my back soothingly.  I handed him jr and told him to go feed him.  He left the room and i sat on the floor with Zeus.
I petted him and cried once more on him. I got up when i was done and saw jr sleeping on das's chest while he was also asleep. I picked jr up and put him in his play pen to sleep. I went back to das and laid on top of him. He woke up slightly and wrapped his arms around me and fell back asleep. I soon followed.

Das p.o.v.

I woke up with babe sleeping on me. I kissed her head and closed my eyes to go back to sleep. My eyes shot open when i heard something break and jr cry. Babe jumped up and we both rushed out of the room to see what was going on. 
The room was completely empty. "Where is jr? Where is my baby?" Kelsea said panicking looking all around for him.  I ran outside and saw a car take off. I ran down the stairs and got in my car and took off after them. They were trying to loose me but i was keeping up easily.
They turned and i turned and cars flooded in front of me.  I stopped and they took off and i lost them.  I yelled out fuck and looked around for them for an hour.
I went back home and once i got in the door babe came running.  "Please tell me you got him" she said. I sighed and shook my head.  She busted into tears and dropped to the floor. I picked her up and held her close to me while she sobbed.
" the dogs were locked in the spare room babe and They took my baby boy"she said still crying into my chest. Before i could reply someone knocked on the door.
I got up and grabbed my gun and opened the door.  It was guys i worked with. I let them in and told them what happened. "It has to be robert" i told them.  They agreed.
Babe was sitting there numb. Oblivious  to anything going on.  I got her attention and told her to go lay down and we'll handle it. She left and the dogs followed her. Me and the guys talked for hours.  They finally left and i found babe in Jr's room just staring at his cradle.
"Baby I'm going to go find him. They got a location on the car. " i told her.
"Im coming to"she said. 
"No you're staying here it's too dangerous" she looked at me funny.  "Look that is my baby,  i carried him for 9 months,  got kidnapped while pregnant and gave birth to him and he got kidnapped and now he's gone. If you think im just going to sit here while my baby is only God knows where you are very mistaken. Im going to pack" she said then left. 
Well then. Looks like its going to be another adventure.
