To Eleanor,
I know I'm probably the last person you probably wanted to hear from, but I had to share my experience with someone. Even if you tear these letters apart, set them on fire or leave them stacked between the bills that pile on your desk...I had to.
It's been a hectic week. It's crazy how shielded we are from the other half of the world.
Ever since the wars and conflict that have happened in this beautiful country, many are fleeing to the Mediterranean.
Remember when we were shopping in Sainsburys and we saw that newspaper about how Europe is being flooded by the refugees? It's completely different story on this side.
Children are without parents or carers and are stranded in bad conditions. I met some children from the local orphanage and its crazy how much we take for granted.
