"Where have you been?" I asked my dad firmly when he walked in the door. I haven't seen him in 2 days. Why was he avoiding the family? He stormed over to me and pointed a finger in my face. Never has he done this so I was scared for life.
"You went and seen that BOY didn't you." And to think he approved so much when he first met Nick.
"Why do you think that?"
"The car is parked backwards." Ohh yeah that would probably prove it. Great.
"Actually, I didn't see him. He was at school I went and talked to his dad."
"Oh that makes it ok?"
"Sarcasm isn't going to help dad."
"Neither is LYING and going against what I said." My mom walked in after hearing him yell.
"Tim. Calm down. Let me ask, where have YOU been?" She crossed her arms.
"Not going to LIE to you hon. I went and had a drink with the guys last night."
"Huh. And you didn't tell me why?"
"I was upset. Now, why didn't you punish her for seeing Nick?!" He asked pointing at me again.
"I didn't know she did. Honey did you?"
"Earlier yes."
"What did he say?"
"He was at school." My dads mouth was just gaping.
"Send her to her room!"
"Tim, she's not 6." She looked at me.
"I'll talk to him."
"No! I am NOT always going to give in. Nira. Go to your room."
"Dad-"
"Go!" I turned around and walked out the front door walking down the street. I texted my mom telling her that I was sorry and was going to go to the park by the lake for a little bit.

Nicks Pov:
I got home, and my dad attacked me.
"Your girlfriend visited you." He said as my foot stepped in the door.
"Nick. Come to my door." I sighed and threw my backpack on the ground.
"Why don't you let me deal with my own problems." I said through my teeth.
"You're not doing shit Nick! She needs you and you are being a coward. She is over it and understands." I didn't say anything. I just started walking away.
"You don't even understand dad." I said. And I regretted it as soon as it came out of my mouth.
"YOU don't understand." My dad yelled.
"Me and your mother went through the same problem. Don't you dare think that just because you are being a bitch means that you can use it as a problem. It's your problem and nobody else's." He said. And I totally agreed. Bless Orca for always being right. I was still pissed at my dad though.
"Either way. Stay out of my business."
"Take care of your business." He said back. I grabbed a sandwich and stormed out of the house again. Heading to the park by the lake to cool off. I made it outside and got in the car. It was my car. My dad didn't go anywhere. Someone gets his food from stores and gives it to him. Never seeing him though.
**
I made it to the park and parked the car. I started heading for the bench that was closest to the lake. Somebody was sitting on the bench. I really didn't want company until I noticed the features. Long beautiful hair. And when she turned to the side I seen it was Orca. I was not dreaming. She was really here. And I really left. I turned trying to hurry back to my car so she didn't see me. Was she out getting fresh air? The hospital wasn't far away. Maybe her parents dropped her off. I'll visit her tomorrow. Seeing her face made me miss her more. I will visit the hospital tomorrow. And I will get her back and live life.
