A set of new insults to add to the list
This was an average day for Anthony Lancaster. Well, not just him. Basically everyone with out a football jersey or to-short-for-their-age cheerleading skirt. Like those high schools you see on TV.
But in the end the nerd always got the popular girl to notice him right? Or another equally unpopular girl to hang out with him. The jocks get humiliated, everyone loves the nerd boy. That’s how regular life was like, correct? That’s how the high school year ended, is it not? Just like on TV?
Some kids were picked on. Some kids hooked up at early ages. Some kids just didn’t care.
Some people worshipped or envied those higher in social status. Some frowned upon them with disgust.
That sort of thing.
Not so much for Anthony. He went through his entire childhood as a “normal” kid.
Or at least, he was normal if you were judging by the books.
He never wore the latest trends. But you wouldn’t find a sweater vest in his closet at all. You’d never call him fat; you’d never call him skinny. You’d never call him a geek, and you’d never call him dorky; despite popular belief, with his black framed glasses, covered in clear tape. He got a B+ on everything, regardless of the subject.
Had you not had a legitimate conversation with him before, you’d classify him as normal.
Then why was he picked on you ask?
