Chapter 3: Tryout

My alarm went off and I get out off my bed. "Today is the Day my friends" I tweeted. Today were the tryouts for Team Liquid. I was kinda nervous but I think I will handle it like I was playing with friends. Yesterday I streamt like 12 hours with Dardoch and Bjergsen. I was hilarious because I decided to play top when we play with bjergsen and it was fun. I regret to watch horror series in the evening because I couldn't sleep well. I was scared af.

I headed to my bathroom to shower and after that I put some concealer, mascara and Eyeliner on my face. I put on my favorite black skinny jeans and a back crop top with 'Get rekt' written on it. I made me a sandwich and called me an Uber to the Liquid House.

After 15 minutes of driving I got out and walked to the house. I rang and Dardoch opened me the door "Wow you even hotter in real life" he said pulling me into a hug. "Thank you sir" I said laughing. "Before you go to Loco I need you." I looked at him. "For?" He pulled out his phone and opened twitter. "Take a picture with me" he said smiling. I stand next to him and laughed in the camera. @LiquidDardoch "Look who I found @Ferenica #toxicmidlaner" I laughed and he brought me to Loco.

"Ah you are Mrs Crown right?" He asked me while he closed the door of his office. "Yep just call me Cat or Nica." I said nicely.
L:"Alright so you got no experience with playing professional right?"
C:"Nop but I play league since season 3 and since season 3 I'm challenger."

L:" Impressive so you went from Europe to Amerika to play professional as a midlaner?"
C:" At first I went here to play soloq because in Eu I had everything reached so I wanted a new Challenge. But while I came here I thought about playing Lcs so I came to the decision to find a team that wants me."
L:"Alright I saw games from you in Eu and Na and I have to say you crushed hard. So when this tryout is going well with synergie and playing together I want you on my team."

C:"So if this is going well today I am in?" He nodded and I smiled. "Alright then lets go meet the team" he said and stand up and pointed me to follow him.

"So guys this is Catherine 'Ferenica' Crown she will tryout for mid. So let's start." We played against Apex who had also a new midlaner. They called me and said that they found a midlaner,so this is my only chance to get in the LCS. We went into the pick and ban phase. "Okay guys," said loco, "What about a 2 damage treats and 2 tanks with a A support like raka or janna?" We agreed so Lourlo first picked Gnar as a Tank. "Can we pick mid in the last rotation so I can react to them?" Loco agreed so Dardoch picked Jynthe ash and I picked Matt his Janna. Apex got Elise, Gp and Braum and Corki. "I think Corki is mid lane." I said,"can I go Leblanc?" I asked loco and he was down for it so we got Gnar,Rek'Sai,LeBlanc,Ash and Janna. Apex got GP,Elise,Corki,Jhin and Braum. Let the game begin.

The game was going good, Jynthe and Matt could kill Apollo because he over stayed. We are in the 8 minutes as I got gank. "Elise is mid" I said so the other knew where she was. I sidestepped her Cocoon and saw that she was turning back in her jungle but corki was standing offensive so I engaged on him. I used my W and Chained him so was already dead because he wasn't building any defensive item. I saw Elise turning around and used my ult to chain her and Q on her a few auto's and one W she was dead. "Corki no heal and Elise no flash" I called. I saw that GP was forced out of lane and called "lets do herald". I quickly pushed out my lane and walked to herald. "Lourlo take the buff." I went base and saw Elise moving bot and called it with pings. When we get in the 13 minutes, I saw a 3 man gank top "3 man top" called Lourlo. I looked up and saw the chance of a fight so I tp'ed. "we can fight this we are stronger". So I got a Quadra kill on my lb. "Holy Shit, how did you survived this?" Matt asked. "Mechanics my friend and Sam's 3 man GNAR" I laughed.

We won 5 from 7 scrim games against Apex. "Okay so I think this went pretty well" said Loco. "Pretty well are you kidding me. I never got so much roams from our mid." Said Matt and Jynthe agreed. I laughed a bit. "So Nica are you in?" Loco asked me. I feel how everyone is looking at me, "Yep I'm in." I answered. "Okay then come with me and sign the papers and your officially a Team Liquid member." "Then lets fucking go" I said and stand up following Loco.

In his office he told me all things I should know as a team member."So Nica here in the house is a no girls over night rule so for you no boys with out saying anything before. We are often out eating together and with other teams, so Trash talk is totally fine but just don't get personal. You'll living with us here so, every room got their own bathroom and once in a while you have to help in the house. We will pay your apartment till your here so can let your stuff there or can get some free time when the boys are too irritating or something like that. You'll stay with us 1 whole year or if there's any problem that can't be solve we will dismiss you earlier or bench you. Alright any questions?" Wow that were many information's. "What about my room, have I got my own or?" I asked then loco realized that I am a girl and he has to put me with one boy in a room."Oh Shit I forgot about it. You mind to share one room with one of the guys?" He asked."Nah I don't really care about it. I mean I will only be there to sleep." And I really don't care I will be the most time in the gaming room playing league. "Okay then we will pick your stuff up after we decided with who you're going to share a room" said loco and shook my hand. We headed out and saw the boys sitting on their Pc's. "Okay Boys," said loco so everyone turned around and looked and loco and me,"She's officially a part of us and we need someone who shares a room with her." Josh smiled at me as he heard that I'm in the Team. "I've got a bed free,since Fenix is gone." Said josh. Loco looked at me "You're down with that?" He asked. "I am totally down for that." I said laughing. I looked at Dardoch and wiggled my eyebrows up and down. We both began to laugh and Loco made me a sign that we're driving to my place to pick up my stuff.
