Chapter Six

Weeks later

There's been talk of a war against King Ezra. The villagers were fearing him, wanting to leave the land. He was causing havoc creating fear instead of peace.

Queen Azania saw he was getting more powerful. Then she got word from one of the servants that he's been draining her children's powers, that the necklaces were helping him do it.

One night she had Kaitina and Khalkha together she was getting ready to take their necklaces off.

*loud explosion*

They jumped and looked as they heard the loud noise heard screaming.

"What was that, mom?" Kaitina ask

Then the doors burst opened, King Ezra rushed in, gasping for air.

"We gotta go now!"

"What, what's happening?"

"They're here to kill us we gotta go now!"

He picked up Kaitina, they rushed out of the room following him through a secret passage way.

They made their way out of the castle, hearing nothing but loud screams and explosions. They made their way out of the tunnel.

"What did you do, Ezra?"

He ignore her as they rushed down where there was a helicopter waiting for them.

The helicopter began raising odd the ground as the attacks got closer to them. King Ezra put his children up inside he climbed in, the attacks got closer and closer

Queen Azania grab a hold of the railing as she climb up than froze as she met face to face with her husband. She saw the cold dark look in his eyes. He kiss her lips and look at her

"Sorry, but I want the power not peace."

She gasp "Ezra...no!"

He kicked her off as they got higher up in the air.

"Nooo!!"

"Mommyyy!" The twins lunged, they were held back by their father they fought with him.

"No, mommy!"

Queen Azania hit the ground, she gasping as she stare at her crying children pleading for her. Azail and Razil howled up at them jumping into the air trying to reach them.

They flew away, as the attacks came and surround the queen. She stare at them as her eyes slowly closed. Head turned to the side as she exhaled.

"We gotta go back, turn back!" Kaitina cried

"She's gone okay I'm sorry she's gone!" King shouted.

"I don't care turn back!" Khalkha yelled

Next thing you know he screamed in pain. He held his right eye as he looked at his father who was holding a sharp blade breathing heavy.

He than held up his hand, a bright light appeared he made his daughter and son forget what he just did. Then made them fall asleep.

The twins laid on the floor of the helicopter in a forced coma.

Three days later

They woke up from their coma, saw their father he had told them what happened, gave them nothing but lies.

"We all we got now, I will train you both for now on...this is our home now."

They nod their heads, they was confused they can't remember what happened how they got to this house in the suburbs.

"You guys will be going to school, than you come home and train...understand?"

"Yes, sir."

"Good."

He walked out the room, the twins sat there feeling lost, hurt.
