Descendants Of Yin & Yang

Chapter Thirteen

After dinner the twins followed their mother into a den along with their friends. They gathered around Queen Azania, stare at her.

"What happened, ma...why did we leave?"

"It was because of your father, there's a prophecy that the twins of yin and yang will bring peace, that they will be powerful enough to do so, lot of the kingdoms began trying to have twins, we was never expecting to have twins we just wanted children...after your birth you guys became powerful and stronger everyday thats when your father changed he wanted to take your powers I wanted to train you teach you how to control them."

Queen Azania took a moment and looked at them she than slant her eyes

"That bastard...he's been stealing your powers."

"What?" The twins questioned

"Your necklaces, thats how he's been stealing them...a witch gave them to him he lied and said it was to contain them til you can control them without affecting it by your emotions, that night of the attacks I was gonna take them off til he ran in we rushed to get to safety just as I was climbing in he stare at me said sorry and pushed me off."

They're eyes widen she had tears come ng down her cheeks

"When I came to, I saw I was being treated by the villagers, saw Sevin...had found out that the attackers weren't after us..they were after your father, he killed their king and they wanted to get him for it."

"I knew he lied to us." Kai said

"As soon as I gotten my strength back I began to search for you two, spent months looking for you...every time I got close, your location change...so I used my powers to tap into your dreams...I promised I wouldn't use that power to do that but I had to see you guys I had to, you two are my hearts...I never wanted you two to grow up without me."

The twins grab a hold of their mother's hands held them.

"We're glad you did that, we was so lost confused we always knew something wasn't right but we couldn't figure it out." Khalil said

"We're together now, we're not leaving you." Kai stated.

Queen Azania hugged them both.

"So what you doing now?" Lea asked.

Kai looked at her friends and down at the charm necklace. She stood up walked to the fireplace, snatched the necklace off.

"I'm not gonna let him control me anymore," she looked at them

"I'm tired of it." She continued

Kai looked at the blazing fire and threw the necklace in it. It made a puff cloud as it burned.

"Ahh!"

Kai jerk in pain.

"AHHHH!"

She dropped to her knees and down to the floor. Everyone stood up. Khalil was about to run to his sister til his mother held him back.

"Hold on, Niya let it run through your body."

Kai laid there in pain as her powers surge throughout her entire body the pain was becoming unbearable.

"The water...go to the water, Kai."

Kai heard Razil's thoughts. She opened her eyes a bit as she crawl to the pillar, fighting through the pain as she struggled to get up off the floor.

Kai finally got off the floor, gasping for air she began stumbling out of the den making her way to the water garden. She began to run to her garden. The others rushed after her. Kai rushed into her garden. Breathing heavy getting real light headed, groaning in pain she made her way to the big pond where the waterfall lays.
