"Thank you!" I wave to Noah as he drops me off in the car park. Today I was wearing a black lace dress with suede wedges. After I grab my name tag and my notepad and pen and head to work. Autumn worked on Tuesday and Wednesday like me ,however she changed her Thursday shift to a Sunday shift so she could work beside me. "Hi!" "Hey I need to tell you something!" When our break finally comes she leads me into a back room which is used for only storage ,and she tells me a secret. A shocking secret. Another few hours later and my shift is up. It's 9Pm and I am grabbing my coat. "Wanna come back to mine for a drink?" My friend asks me. "What about school tomorrow?" Autumn just laughs "don't worry I shall drop you back home by 10! Or is that too late for your bed time story?" I smirk "stop teasing me! It's not my fault I need a lot of sleep!" I text Noah where I am and that I will get home by myself whilst we are in Autumns car. Her house was 20 minutes away from school. She didn't stay at the college ,just study there. Tho she said her parents were out of town for a lawyers meeting. It occurred to me I've never been to her house before . "So how was school?" She asks me with a tired smile. She had took her hair out of the bun and let her waves flow down her back ,she's also taken off her heels and poured herself and I a glass of white wine. Even thought I didn't really drink wine much I didn't have the guts to say "no thanks" "well the usual really" She nods. "Does Emma hate me?" I ask out of nowhere. "I don't think so ,she just doesn't talk much" she answers. "Doesn't talk much? Evertime she sees me she sends me a death glared or just looks through me like I'm not there." Autumn looks up from her phone "she smiled at you today?" "Exactly! She smiled why! What does she want? She never smiles yet all day when I saw her in the corridors and at break she would act super happy and close to me it was like she knew or has something I don't and now she's tryna make up for it by being friendly!" Autumn just rolls her eyes which irritates me as that's my signature look. "Um Naomi?" She looks at the Carpet. "Yea?" "After what I told you ,I dont feel comfortable working at Billy's. Whether it is true or not? I think I'm gonna quit..." I nod my head "me too..."
