It turns out we have a ton of homework I don't know about ,maths ,English and art. For English we have to translate a section of Shakespeare's play "Romeo and Juliet " to the modern day language. For maths we are just answering a few equations and for art we have to draw something that inspires us. I decide to sit on my bed and complete it all. It is now 11:30 and even though I need to be up at 9:00 for school I am so desperate to do this homework. When Noah told me about it on the way back from his parents I nearly fainted. I can't miss this homework deadline , sure art is not for another 2 days but right now I need to get my maths and English sorted. I did the English homework easily enough. A paragraph from the act 1 scene 1 in the play. I pulled my empty maths sheet in front of me and began my work. "Naomi?" I look up to see the intruder that has just walked through my door. "I thought you was asleep ,do you need help with it?" He asks edging closer towards my bed. "Nah it's fine. Pì is easy ,and to be honest I really like it. "You like Pì? Why? It's one of the hardest maths equations out there even though I still manage to do it" "I strongly disagree , it's easily. Besides Pì is one of them very little things that never leaves you. Whatever answer or ending you have Pì will always be there" my stomach forms into nots when I notice Noah looking slightly distracted at my window. Have I said something? But turning around it just looks like a normal regular window. "Noah ,what's wrong?" I ask pushing aside my work and placing my hand on his. Finally he looks back at my face ,his deep ,chocolate brown eyes stare at me intensely. Like he's trying to figure something out. Abruptly he moves his body of the bed and heads to the door. "You're right , nothing lasts forever. Goodnight N" he forcefully closes my door , with a slam. What was that all about ? I think about going after him , however quickly decide against it when I realise: 1 it is nearly 12 now and I still have maths. 2. He obviously doesn't want to talk about it nor have company. Scribbling down the answers I turn my light of an quickly dose of to sleep. Dreaming about Noah.
