Chapter 12

Love's p.o.v

After a quick change I sat on my bed bewildered by what had happened just a few minutes. With all that's been going on I shouldn't be focusing on Master Chase 'But you can't lie you did like it when he spoke to you that way.' I couldn't help but smirk a little as I rubbed my legs together suddenly feeling some heat down there. 'His deep voice and those intimidating  eyes and having his big hands spanking your a-' I quickly snapped out of my thoughts  as I heard Jades's giggles, a nasty smell filling the air. I went over to her crib and picked her up and carried her to the bed then laid her down. After getting all the things I needed I cleaned her up and changed her diaper. 'What in the hell was I thinking' I decided that I would stay in my room for the rest of the day and tend to Jade and try to forget about Master Chase.

That night......

After giving Jade her bath I put on a new diaper and put on her pajamas. She looked up at me sleeply as she gripped my shirt "Are you hungry?" She made a small noise and I took it as a yes so I went downstairs and headed to the kitchen. Once I was there I saw Matthew there cooking "Hey,why are you up so late?" I was already in my sleep wear which consisted of a t-shirt, shorts and a bonnet while he was suprisingly still in his uniform."Well this is the only time I get to use the kitchen since I'm a butler and I'm not really allowed to cook." he said "Oh ok." I got a bottle and heated up then after checking it I gave it to Jade. She gladly latched onto the bottle and started sucking "So what are you making?" "Just some soup, here try this." he said He held out a spoon to me and I gladly took it. I swallowed it and smiled at the taste "This is amazing Mattie." "R-Really." he said "Yes I didn't know my butler could cook." "Yea I kinda want to become a cook once I'm done with this job." he said "Well at least you got a plan." There was moment of silence before he spoke "Well since we're on the subject what do you want to do if you get out of here?" he asked "If I ever get out of here I want to do something that involves kids." "You're talking like you're in jail." he said "This is my second day and it already feels like it." I adjusted myself my butt still feeling sore. He chuckled at my response then went back to cooking.

He had me taste some soup while he added different things to it and it tasted amazing every time. We talked about each other's lives while we were down there and it turns out Matthew has a girlfriend named Brooke and he can't wait to get married and have kids with her. "She has beautiful hazel eyes and I love her red hair and her freckles are so cute." he said I smiled as he continued to describe her "You sound so lovestruck." "Because I am!" he said I laughed again "So how about you, how is your love life going." he asked I scoffed "Mattie guys don't go for girls like me, they like the girls with the perfect bodies."  By the look on his face I could tell he was feeling bad for me "I don't need your pity I know I'm beautiful, and I know that there is  someone out there who loves me." "So are you like waiting for him, like he's prince charming?" he asked with a smirk on his face "Well I don't want him to be prince charming, I just want someone that I can annoy for the rest of life." He laughed once again and I joined but we were suddenly interrupted  "What are you two doing down here so late?" I could already feel the shivers going down my spine as that voice spoke. "Sorry Master Chase, I just needed Love to taste some things." Matthew said

Master Chase glared at me then went to the fridge and started to look around in it. Matthew could tell I wasn't really in the mood anymore but he still tried to cheer me up "Here Love taste this." he said He sprinkled something in the pot then held the spoon out to me, I opened my mouth and he put the spoon in but this time some of the soup dripped onto my chin "Oops sorry Mattie." "Oh it's ok I'll just clean you up." He wiped my chin with his thumb then licked it "Can't waste good food right?" he asked I giggled but then I heard the fridge door slam and it made me jump. I looked over to Master Chase and he was glaring at the both of us but it seemed more towards Matthew "What's your problem?" He continued to glare at us and the tension was starting to get thick so I broke the silence. I stood up "Thanks for the food and if you need me I'll be in my room sleeping." The bottle was finished and Jade was fast asleep. I headed back to my room and put Jade in her crib then laid back down.

I was about to close my eyes when there was a knock at the door, I got up and opened the door."What do you want?" "Don't talk to me like that." I scoffed and took a step forward "Don't tell me what to do." Master Chase pushed me into the room and closed the door "Get out." "No thanks." he said He sat down on my bed and looked at me as if he was daring me to do something. I took a deep breath then spoke"Master Chase it's 11 o'clock at night I need to sleep."  He rolled his eyes then turned on his side closing his eyes. After awhile when he didn't say anything else I rolled my eyes and laid down on the bed with him my back facing him. Suddenly I felt his arm wrap around my waste pulling me into him. To my surprise I didn't move away instead I moved back snuggling into him. 'This. This actually seems nice' I slowly closed my eyes until I fell asleep silently hoping that this wouldn't be a dream when I wake up tomorrow.
