Chapter 14

Love's p.o.v

Without another word he left and I sat on the bed for awhile processing what he had said to me. "You will be my sub for a few days starting today. You will follow a set of rules that I will make for you and you will not disobey a single one. If you do you will be punished severely. Also after a few days if I decide that you are worthy enough to be my permanent sub then you will become my permanent sup whether you like it or not" I blushed as I replayed the moment in my mind. The dominant tone in his voice let me know this topic wasn't up for discussion and after his statement he just left 'He didn't even ask how I felt.' I got up and went to my room my face still a bit red from what had just taken place. I walked in to see Jade lying awake in her crib, I went over to her and picked her up. "Mommy and Daddy are coming today" I kissed her cheek which made her smile. I then brought her to the bathroom and turned on the pipe letting the tub fill up with warm water. Jade leaned forward reaching for it but I held her back "Nope not yet" I giggled as I added some soap to it creating bubbles which made her bounce in my lap and squeal. I unbuttoned her onesie and lowered her into the bath gently. Once she was settled I styled her hair into a silly hairdo and gave her a bubble beard, but right after I was finished she sneezed making the beard bubbles fly everywhere. I kissed her cheek and finished washing her and her hair then picked her up and wrapped her in a soft towel. Once I was back in the bedroom I laid her down and put on a fresh diaper.

I then decided to put her in one of her little dresses I found in my closet. It was white with a black bow tied around the waist. She giggled as I put a black bow in her little blonde curls of hair. Suddenly I heard a knock on my door and I picked up Jade and cradled her "Come in" The door opened and in stepped Master Chase who looked different from earlier. He was looking a little flustered as he entered the room. He pushed past me and went over to my bed then collapsed on it "What are you doing here?" he didn't answer "Is there something you need?" "I need you to stop talking." he said I sat on the bed next to him, Jade played with my hair as she made small sounds. "Master Chase are you ok?" "I'm fine." he growled coldly"Why are you in my room, shouldn't you be getting ready to see your parents?" He didn't answer this time. He wasn't facing me but he seemed like he was sad. "Mmm." I looked at Jade as she made the sound "Mmma" I tapped Master Chase "Master Chase look!" He groaned "What?" he said he turned his head to face me "Mmamm." "C'mon you can say it!" I looked at Chase excitedly "Cheer her on!" He looked at me confused trying to find something to say "Umm you can do it?" he said I rolled my eyes then focused my attention back to Jade "Come on Jade." "Mama!" I smiled as she said it "Chase she said it!" I planted small kiss on her forehead. I looked at Master Chase who didn't look at all concerned with what just happened "Could you stop being down in the dumps and be proud of your little sister."

He stared at me with an unreadable expression and I immediately realized my mistake "I-I'm sorry it kind of just slipped out it was in the moment" He continued to just stare. There was silence and I was starting to feel uncomfortable under his gaze but then he spoke. "Say it again." he said I looked at him confused "I'm sorry-? "Say my name." he said getting closer "Master Chase." "No say my name." he said seeming to get a little annoyed"Chase." He looked into my eyes his green eyes seemed to soften."I'm sorry for beating you up on my first day." Unconsciously my hand traced a scratch on his cheek. He laughed "It's ok I can cross the lines sometimes." he said Jade made a noise as if to say she understood what we were saying and she agreed. He chuckled and pushed his blonde hair back and looked at Jade. Love and care were in his eyes as he looked at her which made me smile. I was glad to see this side of him even though we had been horrible to each other. As I was lost in my thoughts I didn't notice him staring at me. He grabbed my chin making me look at him and I blushed. "I know you're not like the other maids Love. As my sub you will be treated like a princess and I won't do anything you're uncomfortable with." He caressed my cheek and I found myself leaning into his touch "M-Maybe I could try this lifestyle out" He smiled bigger than I had ever seen him since I started working here. He started to lean in and I started blushing 'Did I actually like Master Chase?'

Suddenly there was a knock on our door and we both got startled. Before I could say come in the door was already opened. "Master Chase Mrs. and Mr. Valentine have returned" The gaurd said Chase nodded then the gaurd left. I stood up and he followed "Are you ready Master Chase?" I straightened his tie then looked him over 'Everything seems good.' We walked towards the door and he held it open for me "Thank you Master Chase." I then felt him grab my arm "When it's just us can you just call me Chase?" He asked "Sure thing Chase." He smiled and we headed downstairs. All the maids and butlers were in their positions for when the parents would enter. Jade took a lock of my hair and started to play with it tugging it roughly a couple of times. I stood next to Liz and Matthew while the Master stood in the center of it all. Everything was quiet and then the doors opened.
