John Price × Reader (I'm Right Here)

You found Price in Hotel Oasis in Dubai. You ran over to him, worry and concern was written all over your face.

"Price! Are you okay?" You asked him, out of worry. 'Of course he isn't okay (Y/N)'. You told yourself. Price looked toward you with a blank look on his face.

"I don't bloody know (Y/N), am I?" Price asked. 'Wait. Did he just use sarcasm?'. You thought. You just stayed silent, knowing he was in one of his moods. You sat down beside him and saw that Makarov was hanging from the roof.

"A satisfying death in my eyes is torture. You keep on torturing him every day until they die, a slow, painful death. And by him, I mean Makarov." You said looking at Price.

Price offered you his cigar. You took it and inhaled a good bit of it.

"At least he's dead." Price said. You nodded your head in agreement. You handed Price back his cigar and leaned your head on his shoulder.

"I miss them." You said. Price turned toward you with an eyebrow raised. You looked up at him with tears in your eyes, but you were not going to let them fall.

"Who's them?" Price asked. You only sighed and looked back up at Makarov. Price didn't say anything else after that. He knew that if he pushed you into saying anything, the situation would not be pretty.

"Gaz," You spoke softly. "Griggs, Ghost, Roach, and Soap."

Price didn't say anything for a while. Truth was, he missed them all to. He wouldn't admit it to anyone, but You would understand.

"I do to." Price admitted. You looked at him, shocked. You never thought that he would share that with you. Price would never admit something like that to anyone. You felt honored that he would admit something like that to You.

"I even miss Yuri, too." You said softly. "Even though he lied to us, he wanted to make things right. He wanted to kill Makarov too. Well, I guess his wish came true. Even though he didn't kill him himself."

You guys stayed silent after that. You guys didn't need words to describe how you felt. You ran your arm down his until you reached his hand. You interlocked your guys fingers together and gave a squeeze.

"You still have it on." Price stated. Price turned your guys hands around until he could see your left hand. On your ring finger was a single ring. An engagement ring.

"Why would I take it off?" You asked. You sat up quickly and turned so your whole body was turned toward Price.

"It's been years since I proposed to you. Why would you wait for me that long?" Price asked, curious to know your answer. You only stared at him. The stare turning into a glare.

"Why? You want to know, why?" You asked. You kept your glare on him. Almost daring him to say something to you.

"I'm just curious." Price simply said. In a blink of an eye, your face was close to his. If Price would tilt his head up a little, his lips would meet yours.

"Because I love you, Price. I would want an eternity for you." Your voice had cracked and a tear had slipped down your cheek.

"Don't cry, love." Price said. He lifted a hand and wiped the tear off of your cheek. "I love you too, (Y/N). I love your (h/l) (h/c) hair. Your beautiful (e/c) eyes that always seem to sparkle in the darkest of situations. I love everything about you and nothing is going to change that. I just thought that after all these years you would give up on me and leave me."

You leaned down and captured Price's lips with yours in a mind blowing kiss that sent shivers down your spine. His beard was rough and scratchy against your skin, but you didn't mind. You lifted a hand to his cheek and kept it there. You broke off the kiss and put your head on his chest, over his heart.

"I'm always right here. I would never leave you. Ever." You said. You guys stayed like that until Nikolai came to pick you guys up.
