Gary "Roach" Sanderson × Reader (I Love You)

Roach sighed as he looked at a picture of You and him. The last picture you guys took before he had to leave You. He took in your beautiful (e/c) eyes, your soft (h/c) hair that he loved to run his fingers through and your (s/c) skin.

"Roach? You in there mate?" Ghost's voice rang out. Roach put the picture of you and him in his back pocket. Roach walked across the room and opened the door.

Ghost's fist was up like he was going to knock. Which he probably was. Soap leaning against the wall behind Ghost.

"What took you so long?" Ghost asked, his voice had a hint of worry and concern in it. "You know that breakfast is over, right?"

Roach just stared at him for a moment, until he shook his head and brushed past Ghost. Roach could hear Ghost and Soap's footsteps behind him. Roach walked until he got to the cafetirea. Roach got a tray, put some food on it and flopped down in a seat. Ghost and Soap just quietly say across from him.

Ghost and Soap exchanged glances. They were worried about their friend. Their brother.
They both asked themselves questions. What's wrong with Roach? Is he alright? Should we ask what's wrong?

Roach glanced up at the pair of them, seeing the worried glances they shared.

"What's wrong Roach?" Soap asked, ending the silence between the three of them.

"I miss (Y/N). So much." Roach whispered. Even saying your name made Roach's heart hurt. Soap just smirked.

Roach glared at him. Did Soap find this funny? Roach had told Ghost and Soap about You, little things, opening up to them. Roach was a quiet guy, barely even spoke to other people, except for You, Ghost, and Soap.

"You find this funny?" Roach growled out. Soap started laughing softly.

"No, I don't Roach. You have that special someone that you love very mu-"

"We haven't even told each other 'I love you' yet." Roach said. Soap just raised an eyebrow.

"You guys even haven't told each other 'I love you'? How long have you guys been together?" Ghost asked, out of curiosity.

"Only a year." Roach said. A blush visible on his cheeks. Roach could tell that Ghost had raised his eyebrows.

"You guys have been together for a year and haven't even said 'I love you'? Ghost sounded shocked.

"We were waiting for the right moment." Roach said.

"Wow." Ghost and Soap said at the same time. Roach only rolled his eyes.

They sat in silence. Roach eating his breakfast, Ghost and Soap exchanging smirks.

Roach felt someone sit beside him, their knees pressed against him. He didn't acknowledge the person. He was caught up in his thoughts, thinking about You. After awhile a voice spoke out.

"Wow. You are so rude, you know that?"

Roach's eyes widened at the voice. Your voice. Roach quickly turned his head where your voice was heard. His eyes widened even bigger. You were actually there. His brown eyes welled with tears.

Roach turned his whole body toward you, taking your hands into his. Roach stared into your (e/c) eyes.

"How did you get here?" Roach's voice cracked. You smiled brightly at him.

"Soap contacted me, said that you were acting all sad and depressed. I knew it wasn't the Roach I knew. So I asked him if I could come over here and bring you back to the happy man I knew. That I still know. The man that I love" You said, tears falling down your cheeks.

Roach couldn't widened his eyes any further than they already were. His heart was pounding in his chest. His breath hitched in his throat.

Ghost took off his glasses and mask off. Ghost looked toward Soap to see him already looking at him, smiling. They exchanged words with their eyes. We should leave them be. They both stood up and left You and Roach alone. Together. Their hands brushing together as they left.

"You love me?" Roach asked. You rolled your (e/c) eyes at him. He was always so slow with these types of things.

"Yes, you dimwit." You smiled at him. You took a hand out his and lifted it to his cheek, your thumb rubbing circles on his skin.

"I love you, too" Roach said. You guys didn't need to kiss or hug because you declared your love to each other. If you guys had each other, then that's all you guys needed.

A/N Finally I have updated at once!! Sorry that I didn't update sooner, but I have school in the way of my writing. I am currently not taking requests right now. I have two more to do, then requests are back up. I added a little but of Soap/Ghost because I love them together. If you guys didn't know I also take requests of two characters from the Call Of Duty games. If you didn't know that, you know now.
