Nandini stepped into the hallway of Malhotra Mansion and for a moment, gasped looking at certain unknown heads loitering over the sofa with only their smoothening hair and a little of their backs visible.
Sooner, it did not seem unknown to her and she found herself smiling all the way to the sofa before she erupted. "hey!! Happy Friendship Day, amigos!!"
The gang was surprised with the sudden shout but nevertheless, gave in to their friend's demands. !!HUGS OF FRIENDSHIP!!
"hey!! How have you all been?" Nandini enquired, after all the hug and the kiss session was over.
"very well!! You tell?! How was your day, madam??!! With MANIK!! 😊😊😳😳 and by the way, where is our boyfriend??!!" Alya teased her a little. Instantly, Nandini could feel streams of red blood rushing to her cheeks, reddening it much more than required.
But instead of sitting dumb and acting all shy, she tried to hide her flushy face with quick words.... Not intending to give her friends IDEAS!!
"umm...had alot of fun Alya!! And we missed you guys there. And.... behind you is your boyfriend!!" she giggled at her last statement, partly by noticing the sudden enthu in Alya and Navya's actions as soon as Manik made his entry, and partly because of the jealousy and curses silently rolling out of the boys' mouths.
"you know what??!! I have the perfect plan of how not to feel left out when my girlfriend is enjoying with that idiot!!" Cabir grinned at his words, and ignoring others' confused gazes.... He quickly hopped on Nandini for a tight hug. Sooner, Dhruv and Abhi too joined in.
With enormous smiles of happiness and satisfaction, the guys went on hugging their sister with all their might, completely clueless to the torture the poor soul was enduring.
"okay guys...... Leave me now!! I... can't brea.......the!!" Nandini literally had to plead to get out of the tight shields around her and next the whole of Malhotra Mansion heards joyous titters and chortles.
"okay.... So listen. Manik and I have something for you all!" Nandini said rising from the sofa and walking towards where Manik was standing.
"Manik, could you pass me that bag plz."
And after a second or two, she fetched out few colorful bands. It was a piece of mystery for everyone until Manik and Nandini handed each one, a wristband with their own names written over.
"hey!! That's soo cute. Where did you get these??" Mukti asked, quickly slipping it into her hand, with a beautiful MUKTI drawn over it between 2 small hearts.
"there was a fun workshop going on in the mall. We had some time free after the movie, so enrolled in for an hour. We were given material and we could make anything that we wish too. So....with the help of the instructor, we made these loop bands for everyone." Manik told them all of the story with a charming smile while everyone else admired their cute looking bands.
"even Manik and I got one made for each other. So now all of us have the same matching friendship bands. Cool ni??" 😄😄 both showed up their wrists, showing off their similar bracelets. Nandini was ecstatic about the whole razzmatazz.
"very cool Nandini!!" and once again everyone giggled and smiled looking at their wristbands.
"guys, I know it's a bit childish... But it's always good to be one at heart."

"and...we misshhed thissh Nandini sshhoo muchh!!" Mukti replied to Nandini's remark in a childish manner while also hauled her baby cheeks to the extreme and then the two sisters embraced each other tightly.
